Appartement lumineux avec terrasse à 7min de Paris

Très bien dans l'ensemble. Des petites choses à corriger, mais rien de rédhibitoire

Points positifs : Très bel appartement. Dommage que le temps ne nous ait pas permis de profiter de la terrasse

Points négatifs : Il manque une lampe de chevet dans la seconde chambre (pour éviter de se relever pour éteindre) ; et merci aux précédents locataires d'avoir laissé des tasses sales retournées (et je ne parle pas des casseroles qui ne donnent pas envie de cuisiner). Quant au grille-pain, on a l'impression qu'il est passé au four...

Points positifs : The location was perfect, price was great & owner exceptionally friendly & fast response to messages. Would rate this 5 🌟 All convenience.... bed comfortable

Points négatifs : Was a little cold, but that was because of weather.

Great apartment in the arrondissement of Nanterre

Points positifs : Great location, lovely suburban part of Paris near the Seine river. Situated a couple of minutes' walk from Asnières-sur-Seine train station with frequent trains into the centre of Paris. There is a good-sized Monoprix supermarket opposite the station as well as a few other shops, cafes and parks nearby. The apartment was clean, neat and tidy on arrival and very well equipped for our needs. It has a really lovely roof terrace which fortunately we were able to make use of owing to the good weather. Communication from the host was quick and clear and we had no issues gaining access with their instructions. Overall it was a really positive experience and we'd love to come back! Thank you so much.

Points négatifs : Overall it was great, nothing to fault. We couldn't find the cutlery drawer when we arrived, but the host was quick to respond letting us know that it was accessed from within another drawer.

A perfect stay for a week in a spacious apartment, located in a lively small town close to Seine.

Points positifs : The apartment was spacious, light and quiet. A nice outdoor terrace with view on Eiffel tower. The private garage was ideal, saved us time looking for parking space. Nice kitchen too. Close to train station.

Points négatifs : There is no lift, the stairs were tough, especially if you have to carry a lot of things, like our dogs. The outside of the building needs a proper handling, so don't expect a really beautiful facade.

Points positifs : Mogelijkheid om te parkeren in de garage. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Terras. Mooie en rustige slaapkamers. Zeer vriendelijke eigenares.

Points négatifs : Hygiëne in de badkamer kon beter. Maar geen punt om af te haken, want het was op de minder gebruikte plaatsen.

Ruhiger Standort mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt

Points positifs : Die Wohnung ist sehr freundlich und gemütlich. Es gibt eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Auch aus den Fenstern hat man einen schönen Blick. Auf der Terrasse haben wir immer gegessen. In der Küche gibt es einen sehr guten Herd. Die Bahnlinie ist ganz in der Nähe, so dass man in einer viertel Stunde (oder weniger?) im Zentrum ist. Man kann dafür Metrotickets benutzen.

Points négatifs : Der Schließmechanismus der Türen ist etwas schwierig. Der Wasserhahn im Bad schießt über das Waschbecken hinaus, wenn man ihn zu sehr aufdreht. Die Sicherung der Beleuchtung auf der Terrasse sprang mehrmals nach ein paar Minuten raus.

Points positifs : Fijn ruim appartement waar we na een lange dag in Parijs heerlijk konden uitrusten. Mooi dakterras met zon in de ochtend

Points positifs : Sehr schöne, helle Wohnung mit grosser Dachterrasse. Für Pariser Verhältnisse wirklich ungewöhnlich groß, perfekt für eine Familie. Ruhige Lage und man ist trotzdem in wenigen Minuten mitten in Paris. In direkter Nähe findet man alles, was man braucht, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger etc. Ganz toll war die Garage direkt am Haus, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist.
