Très agréable et reposant.

Points positifs : La propreté des lieux et le calme. Je n’ai eu aucune difficulté à récupérer les clés. Le propriétaire est réactif. J’ai passé un séjour très agréable dans le cadre du travail. Étant souvent sur Arcueil je vous solliciterai sûrement très souvent. Merci encore pour tout.

Points positifs : Apparemment parfait en tout. Équipement, literie, lieu, indications et calme.

Séjour agréable sur tous les points

Points positifs : Logement très bien situé à proximité d'une ligne de métro. Logement soigné et propre et bien insonorisé avec l'ensemble des prestations que 'on peut attendre pour ce tarif. Je le recommande vivement.

Points négatifs : La connexion wifi avait une intensité trop faible.

Really good value for money. Modern and large room, with easy access to Central Paris.

Points positifs : Really good value for money. The room is new, spacious, and everything you need is there. Close to metro station, and both station and building has escalator/elevator, so it was very suitcase-friendly. Big supermarket near the station. The area is very quiet at night, and easy to get to Central Paris by Metro 4. Bathroom is so large, kitchen had everything I needed, and wifi worked well. Shower was good, so was washing machine. Lighting was good and blight. The host was flexible and accommodating. It's a new building so I had no trouble whatsoever.

Points négatifs : I didn’t mind since I was mostly working, but the area was a quiet commuter neighborhood full of apartment blocks — very safe. The bed was big but counter-weighted and lifted up to the ceiling when not in use, which took some getting used to!

Points positifs : A casa tem tudo o que é necessário, é acolhedora e está numa zona tranquila e facilmente acessível de metro ao centro de Paris.

Lovely spacious apartment

Points positifs : The apartment is spacious and well set up for what I needed from a week-long stay for work. I appreciated the big bathroom with laundry facilities and the space in the living room and kitchen area. The hosts were really great and responsive when I had questions, and had presented the apartment beautifully.

Points négatifs : The only downside is that when you ask guests to wash up after themselves they can leave some cutlery etc in less than perfect condition.
