Points positifs : Good spacious property for a family of 5. Close to few of the popular landmarks. 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station.
Points négatifs : The dryer was not working. However the host tried to fix the issue but couldn't get it done during our stay as they needed time to fix the machine. We stayed for a week and there not enough toilet rolls and dishwashing tablets. My daughters were sleeping in one of the rooms and they both got bitten by insects few times.

Easy stay, great location, good for a family of five.
Points positifs : The amenities close by to the apartment are excellent. The apartment was clean, comfortable and we felt very safe. You have everything there that you need for a family. We are a family of five and we found it large compared to the other apartments we had looked at.
Points négatifs : It didn’t include dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher or soap powder for the washing machine so make sure you bring those along or purchase on your arrival. Having the washing machine and dryer was very handy!

Best place to stay with friends in Paris
Points positifs : This is a really cozy and bright apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location just a few steps away from metro line M14, making it easy to reach all the main attractions quickly and without transfers. The neighborhood is quiet and has everything you need—shops, cafes and it's even nice just to take a walk around.
Points négatifs : Everything was perfect

Overall we had a very pleasent staying - I would definitely recommend it to my friends 😊
Points positifs : We booked the apartament for 4 nights. The location is great, beds are nice to sleep in. You can reach the metro in around 10 min. There is a supermarket downstairs in case you need anything; also, many bakeries and restaurants around. I would recommend it to anyone, it is a great spot.
Points négatifs : We arrived early in the morning (8 am); we would have loved to have the possibility of an early checkin. The host told us that it was not possible because of the cleaning company. The check in was at 4 pm and cleaning was not as expected - we found in the living room, on the wall, a huge spider with a huge spiderweb (I have a spider fobia). There was also coffee for 2 persons, only for a day. I think it would have been nice to have it for the 4 of us, in my opinion this would show interest in your guests - but we bought from the supermarket, so problem solved 😁

Points positifs : Perto do metro e outros transportes. Aquecimento bom. Região com vários restaurantes e bares por perto.
Points négatifs : Tínhamos sempre que enxugar todo o banheiro quando terminávamos de tomar banho - ficava sempre alagado e escorregadio.

Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Paryża
Points positifs : Dobra lokalizacja, z Orly linią 14 można przyjechać bezpośrednio. Niedaleko inne stacje metra i pociągów. Łatwo było skorzystać z metra i dostać się do wybranych miejsc. Dobra baza do zwiedzania Paryża. Blisko piekarnie i sklepy.
Points négatifs : Minimalny zestaw w kuchni, za mało szklanek, kubków. Podrapane garnki i patelnie - do wymiany. Suszarka do ubrań nie działała, nie dało się z niej skorzystać, powodowała zwarcie i wyłączenie bezpieczników. Woda w łazience spływa nie do wanny a obok. Za mało papieru toaletowego ;) Problematyczne wpisywanie długiego kodu do drzwi, niektóre cyfry wchodziły z problemami.

Points positifs : Удобное расположение, метро в 5-ти минутах, рядом мелкие магазины, пару пекарен. Квартира соответствует описанию. Порадовало, что были предоставлены таблетки для посудомойки и стиральной машине. Оба аэропорта в часе езды на метро. Для семьи из пяти человек - отлично

Points positifs : Appartamento completamente nuovo con tutti i comfortt in una palazzina appena ristrutturata e silenziosa. Letti comodi e pulizia perfetta. Vicino alla metroplitana, vicino a negozi (un supermercato è proprio sotto casa) e ristoranti di ogni genere. Comodo self check in. Cedric risponde subito ai messaggi ed è sempre disponibile a dare consigli. Torneremo sicuramente
