Nice place to stay

Points positifs : Very good location, the apartment is very well divided and you have everything you need, including a guide of the best restaurant and other culinary attractions in the area The host had gracefully taken the news that I ruined the fitted sheet while clumsily trying to iron my shirt and she did not charge extra!

Points négatifs : There were a few cobs with their spiders still living there, the floor was not really clean (you need slippers), the fridge hasn't been defrosted in a while, so I had to do it myself and the TV had the screen broken. We already let the host know about the spiders and the TV and she was grateful to learn about the spiders, so she can inform the cleaning company. She was aware of the TV - not a major issue, as you're not going to Paris to watch TV.

Points positifs : A big, cozy, clean and comfortable place with a very convenient location. We had our concerns about the safety of the neighborhood but it turned out to be safe and central and 15 minutes to metro and 10 minutes from there to the center. Fatiha was so helpful she was always responding to our messages quickly and solving our problems. She provided us a free parking spot in a private park house 3 minutes to the place by foot. Facilities were enough for three people.

Points négatifs : The elevator is small but the place is on 1st floor so it was not a problem.

Nice apartment of the nice host in the nice location

Points positifs : We (a family with a 9-years old kid) had spent a week in the apartment and our stay was just great. The apartment is really good, clean, cozy and has everything we needed. Furthermore it's quite authentic and gave us Paris' mood. The location is very good, too: quiet and nice surroundings, 10 minutes by foot to public transport and about 20 minutes by metro/train to the center. Fatiha is a very friendly and supportive host speaking Enlish very well. She always responded to us quite quickly and gave us all the information we needed. Her support when we had a problem was just great and we are still really grateful to her. In other words, we enjoyed our stay there and would come again.

Points positifs : Fatiha the host was brilliant from start to finish, she helped us with info regarding how to get to the apartment from the airport and places to eat and places to go near to where we were staying, The location of the apartment was excellent and only a 20 min trip by metro to the centre of Paris, The apartment catered for our every need and the bed was extremely comfortable! Especially after a long day walking and seeing the sights, Would definitely recommend this apartment when visiting Paris and once again a massive Thank you to the host Fatiha for all your help and advice throughout our trip, xx

Points positifs : Locuință amplasata aproape de metrou. Parcarea subterana si masina de spălat mare plus. Un imobil intr-o cladire veche, pastreaza aerul de vechi si nou, dotat cu ceea ce ai nevoie, destul de micut pt 3 persoane dar ok. E la câteva stații de metrou fata de punctele de interes din grandios oraș. In apropiere foarte multe bistrouri, patiserii, magazine. Recomand.

Points négatifs : Locul de parcare ingust si distanta fata de cazare daca ai bagaje multe si ploua sau esti mai in varsta.

Organizzazione perfetta per tre notti a Parigi se si viaggia in macchina, grazie mille a Fatiha.

Points positifs : A metà di un tour in Belgio abbiamo fatto una capatina a Parigi e cercavamo un posto comodo per raggiungere il centro e che avesse un parcheggio per mettere la macchina a noleggio senza spendere una follia. L'appartamento è vicino alla metropolitana (fermata Porta di Clichy, zona Tribunale di Parigi), con un parcheggio privato nelle vicinanze, incluso nel prezzo, che per Parigi non è banale. Il posto è un perfetto punto di partenza per visitare Parigi usando solo i mezzi pubblici. Appartamento pulito, al primo piano con ascensore, dotato di tutto ciò che serve per stare 3-4 giorni, ma anche per periodi più lunghi (lavatrice, macchina da caffè a cialde, bollitore, forno a microonde, frigo piccolino, piano cottura a induzione a due fuochi,una piccola lavastoviglie, phon, ecc...). Host davvero gentile e premurosa, cordiale anche nell'interlucuzione non strettamente legata all'affitto dell'appartamento.

Points négatifs : Il divano letto, se pur spazioso, era un po' ballerino. Va bene per due bambini, ma due adulti fanno un po' fatica. La zona pattume è in una sala nell'ingresso e crea un po' di cattivo odore per le scale se qualche abitante del palazzo si scorda di chiudere la porta.

Points positifs : Bien para 4 personas,con todo tipo utensilios,,la cama muy blanda el sofá cama bien para 2 personas,necesidad de alguna almohada,el metro no está muy lejos pero cuando llegas de estar todo el día fuera,se hace un poco largo,pero se lleva

Points négatifs : Pasamos mucho calor,y hacia falta un ventilador o algo

Doporučuji, výborné ubytování i pro rodinu s dětmi. Vše perfektní.

Points positifs : Výborná lokalita kousek od metra a linky RER. Všude v okolí dostatek obchůdků a restaurací. Ubytování čisté, vybavení souhlasí, vše bylo v pořádku. Výborná komunikace s majitelkou, vše správně vysvětlila a ubytování tak bylo snadné, vč. parkování v podzemní garáži nedaleko bytu. Dům je starší, ale udržovaný a čistý, naprosto vyhovující. Vnitřní vybavení nové nebo zánovní, tedy doporučujeme, byli jsme spokojeni.

Points négatifs : není nic, co by se nelíbilo, vše bylo v pořádku.
