Stay was good and comfortable. Great valuable for money.

Points positifs : The property is clean and well maintained. Very spacious for a family of 4 with children, with one master bedroom and one children’s bedroom with an extra bed to accommodate an additional person.

Points négatifs : Responsiveness of the host is quite an issue. It took a while to receive responses via booking.com messages, from the host. Additionally the WiFi connection is very poor, something that can be improved given that the apartment is so good. We struggled quite a bit with the WiFi connectivity.

Fair value-good for families

Points positifs : We found the apartment exactly as described: two bedrooms plus a living room. The clothes and linens were clean, and the entire place was tidy. Our kids were delighted to discover a few toys to play with, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed—nothing essential was missing. The location is convenient: about a 10-minute walk to the metro/RER, 2–3 minutes to the bus, and plenty of nearby shops, a 24/7 store, bakeries, and restaurants. The neighborhood also felt safe; we didn’t encounter anything concerning. The children’s room has two beds—one bunk bed and one standard bed. Note that the lower bunk mattress sits directly on the floor, which can feel quite cold during the colder months. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed—nothing essential was missing.

Points négatifs : the unit is on the ground floor and since we arrived at the end of October, it would have been nice if the apartment had been pre-heated—the floors were quite cold. (-0.5 points for this), Disposable indoor slippers would also be a thoughtful addition, especially for the first evening, we preferred not to wear outdoor shoes inside.(-0.5 points for this) Overall, though, it was a clean, well-located stay with many practical touches.
