Points positifs : L'emplacement de l'appartement en face du RER. Les équipements sont fonctionnels, propre

Points négatifs : Apparemment bruyant, vieux parquet qui grince et mauvaise insonorisation de l'immeuble

Points positifs : Logement propre, spacieux et situé tout près des transports en communs

Points positifs : Super appartement ! Tout est propre et spacieux, cuisine confortable. Au métro 15 minutes dans une route agréable en ligne droite. Le train est à 2 minutes de la maison, le bruit ne m'a pas beaucoup dérangé.

Points négatifs : La douche et la machine à laver ne fonctionnent pas bien.

Points positifs : Quartier et appartement propres correspondant tout à fait aux photos sur Booking.

Points négatifs : La gestion de la caution est lourde. En général un chèque de caution suffit...

great value for money with some small shortcomings

Points positifs : It’s well equipped, great value for money with a separate bedroom. Location right near train station (not too loud) that takes you to the center in 10mins (3-4 times per hour). A lot of streets nearby with free parking all week

Points négatifs : minor things like wooden floor is very loud when walking, walls in bedroom are paper thin, can hear neighbors very well, but only bothered us the first night. The train is not too loud. Also unfortunately not possible to unload the luggage from the car near the door (not park, not stop) And of course it would be nice to have an elevator for some people, but was fine for me

Nice compact apartment with good connections

Points positifs : The property was nice, compact and comfortable. It's just 3 minutes from the courbevoie station and in a very peaceful area. The facilities were good and clean.

Points négatifs : The stairs. The apartment was on the 4th floor and there was no lift on the building. If you have heavy luggage you may need to consider.

Points positifs : La soluzione è congruente alla descrizione e alle recensioni. Considerandole, ci si fa un'idea corretta della casa. Aggiungo qualche osservazione che potrebbe non essere stata detta: il letto matrimoniale alla francese l'abbiamo trovato molto comodo (soggiornavamo in 2); la fermata della linea L è di fronte casa; mancava la carta igienica, speriamo per una dimenticanza occasionale; la temperatura dell'appartamento è ottima, è ben riscaldato; la zona attorno alla casa è molto curata e tranquilla, dà una sensazione di sicurezza. Molto bene.

Points positifs : The airbnb was in a very convenient location very close to the railway station. Overall it was a good experience at the apartment as more or less all amenities were provided. Good value for money.

Points négatifs : There could have been bedsheets and mattress provided for the sofa bed. There weren't any, except a blanket and some pillows. Also the building has no elevators, so one has to take the stairs upto the 4th floor.
