Appartement Charme petite terrasse à 400m de Paris

Points positifs : Logement très bien placé, à quelques minutes du métro. Bien situé dans un endroit calme.

Points positifs : Tout ! L’appartement est dans un endroit calme, vraiment très près du métro, il est plutôt grand, lumineux, super bien pensé, propre… bref, même si je voulais trouver quelque chose à reprocher je ne saurais pas quoi dire ! Un petit bijou ! Je garde l’adresse 😉

Points négatifs : Rien du tout.

We enjoyed our stays!

Points positifs : We enjoyed our stay very much! It has literally everything you need, including a washing machine, full kitchen, which are huge bonuses for traveler like me! If there’s anything that I really have to point out, I would say the slightly steep staircases (1 flight, especially if you have a huge luggage, but as long as you are being careful, that’s fine) & the supply of the hot water will need to be waited for 30mins for the tank to refill again for the next person to use, but overall, I had lovely stays there!

Points positifs : The apartment is small, but it has everything you need. The owner was very polite. The location is very convenient. The metro is very close, 20 minutes by metro to the center of Paris. We liked everything very much.

Points négatifs : problems with the front door

A relaxed stay close to Paris

Points positifs : The area was silent enough, the apartment was spacious enough for 2 persons, we had all the necessary amenities for our stay. The host was nice and responsive. The place is 5 minutes away from the metro/bus and it was easy to get to and from Paris.

Points négatifs : It was a bit hard to find the entrance at first and we had some problems with one of the doors until we figured out how to open it.

I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it for the location, the owner's responsiveness

Points positifs : I liked the fact that this apartment was exactly as advertised and was very clean. I liked the nice touches: umbrella, some spices, dishwasher detergent' disinfectant' airfreshner, window cleaner paper and extra garbage bags. I really liked the location as it is very near to the Hopital Bicetre metro and close to downtown Paris (30mins) and to Orly Airport. I liked the owner's responsiveness.

Points négatifs : I had some difficulties with using the key to open the hallway door. The property owner was unfortunately not on site so that made it more challenging to navigate. However, the owner was responsive and answered my questions via email.The downstairs tenant was wonderful and walked me through how to unlock the door and on one occasion, even though it was really late, he opened the front door for me. The bed consists of two single hard foam mattresses put together and is not a single double mattress. This didn't bother me much as I was travelling solo.

Points positifs : A localização é boa, tem estação de metrô próximo e o bairro é muito tranquilo! O apartamento atende com suas instalações, apesar de ter algumas coisas para consertar. No geral achei que a hospedagem atendeu bem!

Points positifs : Miran kraj. Blizina metroa. Opremljena kuhinja. Dobra komunikacija sa vlasnikom.

Points négatifs : Ništa značajno.

Points positifs : Modern eingerichtet, auf kleinem Raum war alles da, was wir brauchten. Sehr zu empfehlen!
