Points positifs : Studio bien équipé, pas de nuisances sonores de la route, ce qui est un vrai plus On entend un peu les voisins mais c'est raisonnable
Points négatifs : Il manquerait éventuellement - une planche à découper et un bon couteau - une couverture ou plaid moins épais (la couette était un peu trop chaude au regard des températures extérieures) 1 dosette à café et 1 sachet de thé offerts seraient appréciés :)

Petit mais très pratique avec un excellent rapport qualité / prix
Points positifs : Pratique avec un bon rapport qualité prix en région parisienne. Logement équipé correctement et propre (récent). Très bien pour un séjour rapide sur Paris pour le boulot. Tram 2 à proximité.
Points négatifs : Bien prendre en compte que c'est petit et qu'il y a une échelle 'pentue' pour accéder à la mezzanine avec le lit.

Studio fonctionnel proche de Paris
Points positifs : Studio fonctionnel, proche des transports communs (tram et bus), commerces et restaurants à proximité. L'espace est réduit mais bien agencé. Equipement suffisant. Idéal pour 2 personnes et court séjour. Endroit calme lors de notre séjour.

Suberbe sejour
Points positifs : Logement sympathique , qui correspond au photos . Endroit au calme , facile d’accés, les informations d’entrée ont ete envoyée rapidement , hote qui s’est montrer reactif par messsage je recommande !

Bien pour un nuit dans le coin, quelques améliorations cependant
Points positifs : Très propre, tout fonctionnel, gérant très réactif au message. Mobilier moderne, eau chaude ok, tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine. Matelas bon.
Points négatifs : Vaisselle parfois un peu usé -Je me suis sentie un peu étriquée car c'est très petit -La lumière de dehors allumée par les voisins m'a réveillé plusieurs fois , car on voit tout par la porte, peut être mettre un rideau!

Points positifs : The studio seem to be renovated recenty, was very clean and had everything we need. Close to restaurants and tramway which we used to go to the city center.

Perfect Value, Location and Communication - Best Suited for Young People, Couple Max
Points positifs : Very good location, communication with host, and the apartment has everything you might need for some days in the city. It's quite small but perfectly suitable for 1 or 2 people. Kitchen has everything necessary to cook, microwave, stove, fridge, and there's a very big supermarket close by. Living room is small but has a foldable table to save space. Transportation to and from the place are great, with the tram and buses.
Points négatifs : Everything was perfect for a single person stay. The bedroom and bathroom are things to consider before booking. Toilet has no door, just a curtain, which can be a problem for some people. And the bedroom is going up a ladder, so bringing a suitcase up is not practical, if you got a backpack that's fine.

Is a confort place for solo travelers to stay in to enjoy the charm of paris
Points positifs : The appartement was clean and calm, it contained everything that a person might need during his stay. The staff were helpful and responding through the phone and in booking messagerie. The location of the studio is perfect, It is close to the supermarket and transportation. 48h before the arrival I receive a clear description of the necessary info for the check in.
Points négatifs : Is a bit small but it is confortable.
