Excellent séjour , je recommande, issy est une ville sereine et sympa
Points positifs : Studio cosy , au septième étage vue dégagé et vue tour effet , résidence sécurisée , toutes commodité très proche à pieds , supermarché, restaurants et transports pour Paris faciles
Points négatifs : Rien , peu être le RER proche , quelques nuisances Passage train mais sans plus , appart bien isolé Manque un micro-onde , concept du lit in peu haut Mais literie très confortable.

Points positifs : Exceptionnel ! L’appartement est lumineux, sans vis à vis direct, à deux pas des transports : une pépite. Vraiment très bien équipé, les hôtes ont pensé à tout dans les moindre détails. Très disponibles et accueillants, je reviendrai avec plaisir.
Points négatifs : Lit très haut : à prendre en compte pour des personnes peu mobiles. Mais une petite marche est à disposition pour y monter.

Points positifs : L appartement est très bien agencé. L arrivée se fait sans problème avec un boîtier à clef. Les informations fournies par Olivier étaient très claires, une station de tram a 5 minutes à pied
Points négatifs : Le lit est très haut et nous avions du mal à y monter .il n y a qu un petit escabeau

Studio bien équipé et très propre dans quartier calme, à 3min à pied du tram T2.
Points positifs : Studio confortable et très propre, à 3 min à pied du tram T2, à 12 min à pied de la station de métro Mairie d'Issy. Impression de luxe avec un mobilier adapté. Chouette terrasse avec vue sur la tour Eiffel. Quartier très calme et de plus au 7e étage aucun risque d'être ennuyé par le bruit. Les plus : cuisine avec lave-linge, utile quand on reste plusieurs jours. Si je retourne travailler de ce côté de Paris, je recontacte Olivier sans hésiter.
Points négatifs : Je ne vois pas ce qui peut être amélioré. L'emplacement du grille-pain peut-être ? Comme il est placé sous le détecteur de fumée, je l'ai fait sonner... mais ce n'est vraiment pas grave.

Comfortable studio in a quiet neighborhood located in the south of Paris
Points positifs : Very comfortable studio. Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink. And a large space with a kitchenette (Senseo, boiler, fridge, cooking plate...), bed (that can be pulled up to the ceiling) and small table. Nice terrace with an open view (since ur on the 7th floor). Owners live next door. Quiet, several restaurants, bikes close. 400 m to the Seine. Quite & safe neighborhood.
Points négatifs : Metro station 950m from Studio. Tram about 400m. Eifel tower (along the Seine) = 5K

A perfect place to stay when you are going to stay for more than one week
Points positifs : Comfortable small apartments with everything the tourist needs. 5 mins to the tram, 15 mins to the subway and RER train station. Everything for cooking and washing, including iron, cookware, clothes dryer, washing machine, fridge, smart-tv and bath. The apartments are located on the top floor of a 7-floor building, so there is a terrace with a view of the tower where you can dine. I only can't say something about the parking, didn't dare come to Paris by car. The owner of the apartment was very responsive and friendly. His apartments are nearby, so it is no problem to check-in.
Points négatifs : not enough space to work when your partner is sleeping, I used the terrace.

An adventure in Paris
Points positifs : We liked the apartment, it was comfortable for a couple. We really liked the suspended bed and we are guest on booking and we will consider equipping our locations with suspended beds. The host was very serious, and the photos of the apartment correspond to reality. The view of the Eiffel tower was pleasant. The coffee was also really good.
Points négatifs : Unfortunately, Paris is a city far below Romanian cities in terms of security. My wife's phone was stolen on the subway, and our luck was that the thief was being chased by the Paris Police and was caught and the phone recovered. Such a thing would not have happened in a tourist town in Romania. The host has absolutely no fault for the unfortunate incident.
