Best plasce if you are attending the Versailes Port exhbitions

Points positifs : This place is at a very convenient location if you are attending events at the Versailes Port exhbition center. Supermarkets and restaurants are plenty near by and the line 12 of the metro is just a 5min walk. The house is recently renavated and the beds are very comfortable.

Points négatifs : It was quite cold during our stay and the only heating was from the AC units, it took many hours for us to be able to heat up the apartment (having hot air near the cealing is not very efficient). But all rooms had AC. Communication with the host was a bit difficult at fisrt.

Nice comfortable and well decorated place. Well stocked kitchen

Points positifs : Location very close to the expo center. Nice, clean and spacious for our party of 3.

Points négatifs : The checkin time stated on booking is incorrect. It is 14h. Caused is issues as we arrived at 11 but the place wasn’t ready and communication using booking was not being responded. Sent a WhatsApp message to the phone number listed. Finally able to get in to the apartment after 14h as the previous people didn’t leave till 13h. The cleaners brought in extra people for a quick turnaround. Stocked the fridge with extra water and soda for us.
