Points positifs : Appartement bien situé proche du metro et dune boulangerie. Propre, bien equipé pour 5.

Points positifs : Pour ce qui nous concerne, nous avons vraiment apprécié cet appartement au pré très sécurisé (appart. et parkings). Très bon accueil des propriétaires, gentilles et disponibles... tous services à proximité, commerces notamment, le métro, vraiment on conseille cette location.

Points négatifs : L'appartement qui donne vu sur rue, occasionne quelques petits bruits qui ne nous ont pas vraiment dérangés (volets fermés).

Séjour agréable

Points positifs : Bel appartement, belle télévision, près d’un métro en ligne droite, près d’une bonne boulangerie, Mathilde est très réactive et serviable, l’appartement est sécurisé.

Great base for our stay

Points positifs : We stayed for 2 nights in March 26 for our trip to Paris. Mathilde is promt with responding, updating and gives clear, simple instructions. The apartment is easily accessible with plenty of room for the 6 of us. The images don't do the apartment justice, the decor is fresh, clean and plenty of towels. I chose the apartment as a base close enough to the city centre but also close to the airport as we had an early morning flight. We didn't have too much time to explore the immediate surrounding area but there seemed plenty around and Mathilde provides a good information pack. We used the Carrefour at the top of the road.

Points négatifs : The beds were firmer than what we're used to but comfy enough for our stay. We're not used to city life so some noise throughout the night, cars, bins emptying but managed a good night's sleep.

Points positifs : Nice apartment and building, close to metro, shops nearby

Points négatifs : Area around the metro not very pleasant, particularly in the evenings. The apartment could do with a few more things like another pot or a reading light.

Points positifs : Chose this as it was a couple of blocks from our family’s house. Worked out really well. Well equipped, attractive, comfortable, very responsive and friendly owner.

Ótimo custo/benefício

Points positifs : A anfitriã foi super gentil, solícita, me deu várias dicas sobre o bairro e Paris. A acomodação é bem equipada, aconchegante e segura (portas com tag/senha). Tem mercados e comércio ao redor e uma estação de metro bem próxima, cerca de duas quadras que, te leva ao centro de Paris em 20-30 min, fazendo uma baldiação. Como as estadias dentro de Paris estavam muito caras, essa acomodação teve um ótimo custo/benefício para mim.

Points négatifs : Eu estive com minha família nesta hospedagem e não tivemos nenhum problema com o bairro, inclusive, chegávamos tarde todos os dias (era verão). Mas, acho importante deixar essa observação para quem pretende se hospedar, principalmente para quem vai sozinho. Em alguns momentos, tivemos que redobrar a atenção ao caminhar pelas ruas. Havia muitos homens andando em bando, o tempo todo. Ressalto que, em nenhum momento mexeram conosco ou tivemos qualquer problema, porém, não ficamos confortáveis e, em alguns momentos, não nos sentimos seguros no bairro, pois não havia policiamento frequente.

Points positifs : Tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage, schönes, ruhiges Viertel mit allem, was man braucht, in Laufweite. Nahe an der Metrolinie 5, mit der man schnell in Paris ist. Nette, hilfreiche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin.Gastgeberin
