Points positifs : Modern, comfortable, and well-connected to public transport. Supermarkets, small restaurants, and a bakery are within walking distance. In front of the apartment is a nice bistro with a water play area for children. Additionally I want to.mention: the host was very nice!

Clean, comfortable and great location

Points positifs : Great location. Easy to get into the city, but local area great as well. Well appointed apartment. Sage and easy place to park. Would recommend.

I would book again, I had a great stay!

Points positifs : I was looking to find a flat in an 'village' setting and was very pleased with the location, very accessible for transport to central Paris but equally convenient for visiting local shops and restaurants and even a walk in the local tree lined avenues. The facilities in the apartment were superb. We also loved there was a Cafe/Restaurant on the corner of the street which provided us with numerous refreshments and a superb supper one night.

Points négatifs : ..a few little niggles: The handrail to the mezzanine needs to be repaired to make it safer, the rest of the flat was immaculate. And perhaps some cheerier tea/coffee mugs;-

Points positifs : I recommend these apartments. We were a family of 4. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for preparing meals. Comfortable, modern, clean, cozy, bright apartment. There is a bakery within walking distance, in the building where the apartment is located, a cafe, and a market nearby. Metro 10-15 minutes walk. The Eiffel Tower and the Louvre are 40 minutes away by metro. The area of ​​residence is quiet. Free covered parking next to the house. The owner of the apartment responds very quickly to messages with questions, is very friendly and attentive to requests.

Points négatifs : There was a construction site next to the house. It spoiled the visual perception a little. But, for the next guests, I think it will be even better, since the center of this area is being renovated and it will be even more beautiful.

Practische mooie loft aan rand van Parijs

Points positifs : Ruim en netjes verblijf naar Parijse normen. Practisch ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt voor citytrip. Fijn dat parking inbegrepen is.

Points négatifs : De toegang tot het appartement en de hoogte van de bovenverdieping. Helaas wel 30 min metro tot centrum. De ombouw zetel tot bed ligt comfortabel voor kleinere kinderen of 1 tiener/volwassene.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Points positifs : Ein richtiges Kleinod im Herzen von Paris. Relativ zentrumsnah gelegen in einem sehr authentischen Stadtteil.

Heerlijk

Points positifs : De gratis parkeerplek vlakbij is perfect. Het appartement was klein maar heel schoon.

Points négatifs : De omgeving was nu nog een beetje rommelig door bouwwerkzaamheden. Als deze klaar zijn dan knapt de buurt mooi op.
