Superbe appartement
Points positifs : L'emplacement est top. La vue est magnifique, l'appartement est superbe et sa taille est vraiment agréable 👍
Points négatifs : Les tarifs sur Paris sont vraiment très élevés. Quelques petits rafraîchissements ferait du bien à ce bel appartement. Peinture écaillé, morceau de parement qui tombent et miroir fendu.

Our Paris adventure
Points positifs : Great location, near to famous landmarks, well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating and beds. The apartment was very spacious for a family of 4. Nearby supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants etc everything very convenient. It has a rustic French style.
Points négatifs : Needs a shower holder / hook for the shower head. The outside shutter for the children's room needs attaching as the wind is blowing it and it's making a banging noise.

Points positifs : Lovely big open feel apartment, stunning views, good location, great communication - friendly staff. All utensils, plates cups bowls in order. Very clean with fresh linen and towels.
Points négatifs : Very cold in the appartment, the apartment does not look like it does in the pictures which is a shame, very dated in some parts and quite dangerous with wires and leads hanging from walls and ceilings, tiles and chunks missing from the bathroom wall, heater wires have all been cut. Cannot use the shower only hand held and cannot fill the bath as the plug has been broken. Splash back in kitchen completely smashed. Bad smell on entrance to apartments building like urine. Appartment opposite played very loud music late at night so children’s could not sleep. Could be a stunning appartment if some work and decor was attended to and also warmer in the autumn/winter months would be nice. TV only works sometimes, all batteries from all controls had been removed.

Conveniently located at the end of the meteo line, property has spectacular Views from all rooms. Recommended stay.
Points positifs : The view of the property is to die for. The inside or the property needs some tlc, but it did not bother us, everything worked. The property truly added value to our stay. Thanks
Points négatifs : Just the side needs some tlc, but it was all manageable.

Points positifs : It was a great stay at a brilliant location. Everything was so close by. And the view outside was amazing.
Points négatifs : The bath tub water was draining so slow. Assume there is some blockage. Also there could be few cereal bowls and pillows. The children bedroom window was all sealed. So was struggling to sleep

Schöne Wohnung in Levallois
Points positifs : Super Lage, große, gut geschnittene Wohnung. Nahe zur Metro-Linie 3, Anatol France, viele Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Bars
Points négatifs : Bad ist mittlerweile arg ramponiert, Abflüsse verstopft. Keine Nachttischlampen und Vorhänge (das Hotel de Ville ist nachts hell beleuchtet).

Points positifs : Ein schönes Jugendstilgebäude mit Charme am Rathausplatz mit kleinem Park. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich mit fantastischem Blick aus dem Fenster. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles da was gebraucht wird. Die Umgebung sind kleine belebte Boulevards mit Geschäften, Ravel-Konservatorium und Restaurants aller Art, man ist bestens versorgt. Mit öffentlichem Nahverkehr kann man von Verailles bis Disneyland alles gut und schnell erreichen. Ins Zentrum sind wir gelaufen ca.45 Minuten.

Charming, comfortable, and flexible host.
Points positifs : Apartment is very large, nice and well located. Right across the street from the Levallois Perret city hall. It had an elevator which is a plus in Paris.
Points négatifs : We couldn’t find a hair dryer or an iron; although it was listed as being part of the list.
