Raffinement et Confort dans cette Résidence à Levallois-Perret

Points positifs : L appartement est très fonctionnel et propre. J ai beaucoup apprécié le balcon.

Points négatifs : Les voisins ont été bruyants ma 1ere nuit (jusqu'à un peu plus de 00h00).

Cadre agréable dans une ville calme pour un séjour paisible.

Points positifs : - Bonne situation géographique. - Petite terrasse conviviale. - Fraîcheur de l’appartement. - Équipements modernes et faciles d’utilisation.

Points négatifs : - Aucun état des lieux n’a été fait , en présence d’un agent , ni à l’arrivée ni au départ. - Le changement des draps n’a pas été instantané, alors que nous y avons passé 17 nuitées. Il a fallu exprimer la demande pour être servies.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix et logement tout neuf et impeccable

Points positifs : Grande réactivité suite à une réservation de dernière minute. Lit bébé livré en 2 heures. Logement très propre, neuf, fonctionnel. Grande disponibilité de la centrale de réservation. Logement très bien équipé - prestations hôtelières

Points négatifs : Isolation un peu faible des fenêtres donc assez bruyant - seul bémol tout à fait acceptable Excentré / au centre et au transport. Mais nous le savions et c'est pris en compte dans le prix. Donc RAS

Morden, easily accessible little gem in Paris!

Points positifs : The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious, just as represented in the pictures. It was perfect for our girls' trip. There is a supermarket a couple of doors down and cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Also, the tube is within easy reach. The location made it very easy to navigate around the main touristy spots.

Points positifs : Very nice apartment. Nice neighbourhood with shops, restaurants and bakery nearby.

Points négatifs : A bit far from the city center and the nearest subway

Nice place, modern and new. Excellent location.

Points positifs : New, modern, very clean, very good location. With lots of natural light. Quiet at night. The shower works great, nice to have a washing machine. There was plenty of coffee and soap for the washing. There is a grocery store just across which is very convenient

Points négatifs : The bed’s pillow is too thick for me. In the afternoon it is very sunny, which can make the space very hot in the summer Do take your own insect repellent if you go in the summer, as there could be mosquitoes.

Lovely apartment & fabulous weekend in Paris

Points positifs : Lovely modern decor and furniture. Very clean, comfortable beds and lots of spare bedding and towels, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine in the huge shower room. Nice neighbourhood with a convenient supermarket across the road which opened late, great if you have a late arrival as we did.

Very Good Apartment (Deposit needed against the demages)

Points positifs : Simply Amazing! The apartment is almost brand new with all amenities. 2 double beds and 1 Sofa bed were comfortable. Very good location with supermarket right across the street. Building has a lift to access upper floor. Overall property is recommended if you can afford to pay hefty deposit.

Points négatifs : 1) Had to pay 800 Euro as deposit for 1 night stay. (refunded in full within 1 week) I vaguely remember during the booking that property may ask 300 Euro as a deposit but certainly it was not 800. 2) Bureaucratic procedure involved after booking. I was sent a link to fill questionnaire to get access information. Initially I received messages in Arabic language. I requested English and they confirmed communication will be english. I was given details of apartment # 401 but some time during the day (before check in) they sent a message/email again changing the apartment from 401 to 201. I missed that message due to (1) message was sent in Arabic again which I don't understand. (2) I was travelling from Chamonix to Paris so did not read it. Upon arrival (after 8+ hours travel with 3 kids) at 11:30 PM, I opened the mailbox of 401 to get the key and there was nothing. Called their helpline (international roaming call for several mins) I was informed that apartment was changed and new instructions were sent by message.

Points positifs : It's a safe neighborhood in Paris. Access to the apartment and safebox system is very easy. The house is simple and decorated with quality furnishings. The shower and rooms were very comfortable. There is no air conditioning but it was not needed even on a hot summer day. Close to grocery stores. .

Points négatifs : There is no free parking lot for those coming by car. The cost of parking on the street in front of it is 4euro per hour. There is also a closed parking lot opposite. Roadside parking is free after 7pm and on weekends. The room was different from the pictures but not bad

Points positifs : Apartment is practically new! Everything is clean and well maintained. Although we did not use all available equipment, it is good to know that there are 2 smart-TV (living-room and one bedroom), washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine,.... Neighbourhood is nice and safe.

Points négatifs : Some minor things to improve as advice to the owner(s)> It would be useful to have a coat hanger at the entrance to leave jackets. Same goes for the bathroom - it would be nice to have a hanger for the towel next to the shower door to be able to reach it when exiting the shower. There is no soap holder/dispenser in the toilet.
