Comfortable, great value and not as far from the center as it might seem

Points positifs : The apartment was great value for the cost. While it was small, it was roomy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Easy walking distance to the metro, grocery stores, restaurants and gyms. Even though it's ground level, the street was quiet. It was a safe neighbourhood and by metro it only took 26 minutes to get to the center.

Points négatifs : I had to call the host to get instructions for check in, even though I was a day late for my booking. Even though there are many lights in the room, it was still quite dark. I had to do zoom calls and had to point every moveable light in the room at me for them.

Tranquilo y cómodo

Points positifs : Las indicaciones para llegar al lugar son claras, no tuve problemas para acceder a las instalaciones, barrio tranquilo y bien ubicado,, limpio y la cama y almohadas muy cómodas.

Points négatifs : El internet tenía muchas intermitencias y la taza del baño tenía fuga, lo que hacía que hubiera un goteo por las noches.

Points positifs : Соответствует описанию, заселение в любое время без привязки к хозяину. Для Парижа очень свободные апартаменты, очень близко к автобусу и в пешей доступности от метро

Points négatifs : Хозяин не оставил информацию по чекину и пришлось связываться с ним через вотсапп. Не очень хорошая звукоизоляция, апартаменты на первом этаже, так что нельзя открыть окно и немного темно и душно в апартаментах
