Très agréable !
Points positifs : L’appartement est très bien situé et très agréable ! Il est au Rez de chaussée mais cela ne pose aucun problème car il se trouve dans une court donc nous n’entendions pas les bruits de la rue. Idéal pour un séjour touristique ou pour un déplacement professionnel comme nous !

Points positifs : Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé. À seulement 3 minutes à pied de la station de métro ligne 1, qui dessert directement tous les principaux monuments de Paris, c’est l’idéal pour visiter la ville ! Le quartier est calme, avec de nombreux commerces et de très bons restaurants à proximité. L'appartement est propre, bien équipé, très calme et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande sans hésiter !
Points négatifs : Nous n’avons pas utilisé la mezzanine, aucune utilité pour un couple sans enfant

Joli quartier. Proche du métro.
Points positifs : Le quartier est très agréable, calme. Le métro est à 7 min à pied, il y a beaucoup de magasins autour pour faire les courses C’est bien pour 3 personnes.
Points négatifs : Le lit simple en haut n'est pas un lit, c'est un canapé. Il n'est pas possible d'y dormir, même pour un enfant. C'est très inconfortable

Points positifs : The apartment was clean and comfortable, the location was great, and the host was kind😁
Points négatifs : During our stay, some replies took a bit of time. For example, although the host provided directions about the modem, the instructions were not very clear, and since our follow-up questions weren’t answered, it took us some time to finally locate it ourselves. The host also mentioned she might come to say hello at check-in and let us keep in touch, but this didn’t happen, and we ended up waiting for a message until late at night.

Points positifs : Lovely space and place. Close to the metro. Really nice shops and restaurants nearby. Wine on arrival, amazing! Incredibly attentive host with quick responses and not on the other side of the planet.
Points négatifs : Mattresses could be more comfortable.

Points positifs : We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant visit. The location is excellent (nearby to the congress venue that I attended), just a short walk to the well-connected public transport, making it easy to explore Paris. The neighborhood felt safe and had plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Above all, the host was super-friendly, responsive, and made our check-in smooth and hassle-free. A great choice for families or friends visiting the city. Highly recommended!

Enjoyable stay in an authentic Paris flat
Points positifs : It was very well located and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was very quiet, even though in a busy area with lots of good places to eat.

Points positifs : God beliggenhet, rolige omgivelser. Enkelt og greit møblert.
Points négatifs : Trenger litt oppussing/maling. Noen dager var det maur på kjøkkenet.

Es war ein sehr schöner, gemütlicher Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung. Gerne wieder 🥰
Points positifs : Die Gastgeberin Hermine war sehr zuvorkommend! Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll und authentisch, vorallem am Abend ist es sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist total schön und auch sehr ruhig. Trotzdem erreicht man das Stadtzentrum auch mit der U-Bahn schnell.
Points négatifs : Da wir im verregneten September da waren, war es ein wenig kalt im Apartment. Die Unterkunft war ausreichend sauber, jemand der sehr auf Sauberkeit achtet könnte sich an ein paar Krümeln, Fusseln oder hier und da mal einem Haar stören. Aber generell war es völlig ausreichend und nicht dreckig.
