Pleasant surprise
Points positifs : Location in the heart of Paris (at least I felt like that) . Walk distance from Louvre Museum. A lot of cool french bakeries, restaurants and small shops. No security deposit (as was mentioned in earlier reviews, so no stress). Also there was a new bed in apartment. Comfortable, we loved it. Heating worked like bliss. Hot water in shower was surprisingly hotter than anything I have experienced elsewhere. Kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't cook, obviously :)
Points négatifs : One small glitch was, that we received message in booking.com messaging system about how to self check-in after we arrived at place. I tried to make a phonecall, but line was dead.Maybe instructions were already in the other booking app (duve) that checkmyguest is using to gather visitor info, but as a Booking user I wasn't used to that, so I can only guess. This or that, after we received the link to the page with instructions, it went smoothly from there.

Points positifs : Location. Bigger space than hotel rooms in center. Facility is clean.
Points négatifs : Things to improve overall experience: a bedside lamp that could be controlled at arm’s length next to the bed. Some power sockets on both sides of the bed. A tiny shelf or sth that could hold the shampoo bottles in the shower. A lamp or light in the mirror area in the bathroom.

Amazing location, but be careful about 500€ deposit
Points positifs : Be careful to deposit 500€!!! Great place to stay, amazing location, really cozy. But 500€ deposit might be not in line with traveler’s plans.
Points négatifs : The need to freeze 500€ from the moment of booking and 6 more days after check-out.

Points positifs : Fabulous space. Great location. Super comfortable bed and pillows.
Points négatifs : Having to give a €500 deposit is prohibitive for some people, and this is NOT made clear at the time of booking. So you either find the money or lose tge booking. The amount of cutlery / plates/cups/glasses, etc, is all at the very minimum - more would mean not having to wash up every time you use something. There is no draining/drying mat for the washing up and the tea towel has clearly been purchased at a cheap bazaar. These elements do detract somewhat from the loveliness of the place... a shame!

Points négatifs : There was no TV but who needs TV in 2024? :)

Muy buen apartamento por ubicación y estado del mismo.
Points positifs : La ubicación , el estado en que se encontraba el apartamento y la comunicación con la propiedad del apartamento. En general todo muy bien, muy recomendable.
Points négatifs : Que había obras en el patio del inmueble y estaban tapadas ciertas zonas y no entraba casi luz en el apartamento y la privacidad por las ventanas no existía, teníamos que tener las cortinas cerradas.

Soggiorno ottimo!
Points positifs : Ottima posizione, avevamo vicino tutti i mezzi per spostarci ovunque, avevamo anche il centro commerciale a due passi da casa. Il Louvre vicinissimo, la posizione davvero eccezionale. L’appartamento super silenzioso.
Points négatifs : Nulla
