Points positifs : Location is perfect! The apartment is very modern and clean, and it has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent — everything was as agreed, and I received answers to all my questions very quickly.

Points positifs : The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hospitality was excellent, and we received clear instructions as well as prompt and helpful responses to our questions throughout our stay. The location was excellent—situated next to a metro station and a park, in a quiet area that still had all necessary amenities nearby. It was also easy to reach the hustle and bustle of the city centre when desired.

Points négatifs : The cleanliness could have been slightly better, although this may have been due to our own high expectations.

Lovely apartment in a great location!

Points positifs : Fantastic location, very secure - great electric shutters, great comms, comfy bed, quiet street (for central Paris), good shower.

Points négatifs : Nothing that we really hated but just for some constructive criticism I’d suggest upgrading some of the utilities - for example the iron was budget and didn’t work great, the ironing board was budget and old, the coffee machine didn’t work, the toaster was budget as were a few other bits in the kitchen. Some stuff could do with a bit of a refresh, that’s all.

Points positifs : Great location and comfortable beds. Great modern decor. Great shutters that made sleeping better by shutting out every bit of light.

Points négatifs : No air conditioning just standing fans which were not adequate for the Parisienne heat.No extractor fan in the bathroom that got very humid and full of condensation after showers.

Points positifs : Located close to metro and bus routes. Well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Points positifs : Great location, 50m from metro station, shops, 15 min walk from Arc de Triomphe. A good starting point for sightseeing. There is a wonderful bakery nearby, from which we bought very delicious croissants and sandwiches. A great park 5 minutes walk. The two teenagers fell in love with the place and wish we would stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Points négatifs : A little misunderstanding with the security deposit which was resolved within a few days.

Points positifs : The place is extremely pleasant with all the things you need for a good stay. It’s super central. We travelled with an 8 month baby, no problem whatsoever. She just wanted to climb everything hehehe. We were surprised about the localisation. It is extremely well located in a nice area with a cute Little park nearby (great for walking the baby) I can recommend this. You get what you pay for and even more! We will definitely chose this for another time!

Points négatifs : Some loud vacuuming went on from the upstairs neighbour at Sunday (around 21) but seriously that’s just it and that’s not even a thing. It’s on the ground floor (but we liked that due to the children’s wagon)
