Points positifs : l’appartement est très fonctionnel, aménagé avec goût, très propre et bien insonorisé. Bien équipé également. l’immeuble est sécurisé et très propre. il y a des restaurants à proximité ainsi qu’un magasin d’alimentation.

Lovely studio appartement in a brilliant location. Highly recommend.
Points positifs : Fantastic location, apartment comfortable and very clean. Kitchen area great. Key pick up/drop off very easy. Host was welcoming and helpful. It’s worth noting there is major roadworks in the area at the moment but the apartment has excellent sound-proofing so I wasn’t disturbed at all.
Points négatifs : I couldn’t work out how to use the music speakers but that was probably me being rubbish with tech!

Fantastic location - studio with sofa bed.
Points positifs : The location of the apartment is superb, with a Metro Station on the doorstep that has great links across Paris. It is next door to a Starbucks, super market and organic green grocer. There are lots of nice cafes and bars nearby and the area feels safe. The apartment has a secure entrance, a lift and air conditioning, all of which we really appreciated. Getting the keys was easy and we were given a tour of the apartment on arrival, key hand off was simple too. Great communication. We could get Netflix on the TV which was great. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable and stylist. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay.
Points négatifs : When we booked we thought we were getting a sofa and a bed, we didn't realise it was a sofa bed. It would be good for the listing to make this clearer. Saying that, the bed itself had a board base which meant it was very sturdy, a firm mattress but quite comfortable. The small table to eat also can't be used when the bed is down, which is a shame. Worth highlighting that there is no microwave or toaster in the kitchen.

Points positifs : The apartment is really excellent: very nice, well equipped, confortable. The position is absolutely strategic (the door is right in front of an underground station) and the neighborhood is really nice. And, above all, the host is incredibly kind and welcoming! Thank you!

Very comfortable, would repeat.
Points positifs : Excellent location, very close to metro, restaurants and supermarkets. Also has excellent private parking.
Points négatifs : Couldn’t locate laundry facilities.

Points positifs : Very nice location close to supermarket, metro, nice cafe's and bakery.
Points négatifs : The bed is a folding bed/couch. This is not obvious in the pictures and not in the description. This was disapointing.

Points positifs : Vynikajici lokalita,male namesticko..kousek od zastavky metra,parkovani v podzemni garazi,apartman krasny,cisty,s plnym vybavenim(i nad ramec potreb..zehlicka na vlasy,toustovac)Postel sklapeci,ale velmi pohodlna
Points négatifs : Trochu problemove predani klicu. I presto, ze jsme byli nahlaseni hned na 15hod check-inu,tak informace prisly na telefon az v 15:35,takze pulhodiny zbytecneho stresu s parkovanim,ubytovanim atd....kdy vlastne nevite nic..

Sehr schönes Appartement mit guter Lage in Paris !
Points positifs : Die Wohnung ist in einem wirklich sehr guten Zustand. Zudem ist direkt vor der Wohnung eine U-Bahn Station, von wo die gängigen Ziele in Paris sehr gut erreichbar sind.
Points négatifs : Durch die Baustelle vor dem Gebäude war die Anreise mit dem Auto etwas kompliziert.

Foarte plăcut.
Points positifs : Apartamentul a fost ok; baia mare, spațioasă, curată; accesul în locație foarte ușor. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă și ne-a răspuns tuturor întrebărilor și solicitărilor.
Points négatifs : Faptul că am fost nevoiți să preluăm cheile dintr-o altă parte.
