Super appartement avec un emplacement au top.
Points positifs : L appartement en lui même, spacieux, une chambre incroyable et confortable. Tout les équipements fonctionnent. L emplacement au top. Près de.l arc de triomphe, rue avec pleins de resto et dynamique tout en bénéficiant d un logement calme avec une très belle vue. Je recommande.

Bon emplacement
Points positifs : L’emplacement est incroyable, l’appartement est spacieux,, propre, la literie est très confortable et c’est très calme malgré que l’on soit aussi près des Champs Élysée
Points négatifs : L’appartement a beaucoup de potentiel mais aurait besoin de quelques rénovations. Les toilettes sont dans un état lamentable, il y a vraiment le strict minimum au niveau des équipements de la cuisine, les prises électriques sont à nu, la télécommande de la télévision ne fonctionne pas, les rideaux de la chambre ne sont absolument pas occultant, c’est dommage

Parfait pour un séjour en famille
Points positifs : L'emplacement était parfait, la vue superbe sur le Sacré-cœur, l'appartement très joli. Dans l'ensemble, il était propre, mais je mesure un bémol sur la propreté des toilettes... Je recommande tout de même vivement cet appartement (immeuble sécurisé)

Points positifs : Muy cerca de todo. Realmente esta en unos de los mejores distritos con acceso al transporte publico ideal como el metro. Se puede visitar toda la ciudad desde ahí sin problemas. El departamento bastante espacioso.
Points négatifs : El Toilette. La tabla del inodoro estaba floja. No era la tabla correspondiente al modelo de inodoro (cuadrado vs redondo) lo cual hacia que baile. La tv era dificil de manipular, los controles respondian con mucho letargo.

Excellent stay in Paris
Points positifs : Excellent location, just off Champs-Elysées. Apartment is quite spacious, with a nice living room, dining area and kitchen. The bedroom is nice and big too. Best part is the amazing views of Paris from the windows and balcony. We loved our stay here, highly recommend.
Points négatifs : WC needs work

ideal location, but there are some drawbacks
Points positifs : The location is perfect. Second home from the Champs Elysees. Nice house, nice view, big elevator, big area for Paris
Points négatifs : There are many little things that spoil the impression. The toilet is like from the last century - broken and dirty. In the photo in the bedroom there is a TV, but it was not there. Open sockets, which is dangerous for children

Spacious apartment near Arc de Triomphe
Points positifs : Location was great. Literally walk around the corner and you’re on the Champs de Elysees. Spacious apartment. Sofa bed was very comfortable. It was easy to get in and out of. Very quiet.
Points négatifs : The toilet is on the other side of the apartment from the shower. There isn’t a towel bar in there to hold a hand towel or a toilet paper holder. In the shower area there aren’t any towel bars either. Hard to let your towels dry between uses. The hand crank blinds in the bedroom did not work to block out sunlight (broken). The ones in the living area did.
