Petit écrin familiale idéalement situé

Points positifs : Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages plus tôt que prévu, nous avons été accueilli et l'on nous a montré les différents éléments de l'appartement. Nous étions en contact via WhatsApp et Stéphane était très réactif. Appartement idéalement situé, au calme.

Fantastic location, good service & support, nice apartment

Points positifs : The location is fantastic - a safe and centrally located neighborhood within reasonable walking distance of all the main landmarks. It has quick and easy access to the Metro and lots of restaurants nearby.

Points négatifs : It was very dark, literally, especially in the bathroom. The lighting in the apartment, while beautiful, is harsh. It’s not a cozy space. Also, there is a very slight sewage smell that comes from the drains. It’s a very old building and I’m sure it is a common problem in Paris because of this, but I’m very sensitive to smells and it really bothered me.

Comfortable appartement right in the centre of the city, good place to rest.

Points positifs : Excellent location, very pleasant and attentive service. The beds are very comfortable, the appartment is quiet: can't recall any noise from outside or from neighbouring apartments even though we know there were other guests. The appartment is sufficiently large (as advertised). The amenities work well.

Points négatifs : A few tiny things didn't work well or could have been changed to be a bit more comfortable..Toiletroll holder was broken, fridge door was mounted incorrectly so got stuck behind other cabinet door and would stay open if you weren't careful. The coatracks are behind the beds in the bedrooms which is not handy when you go out. Overhead light in bedrooms is very bright and cannot be turned off separately. All in all these are minor possible points of improvement that do not stand in the way of a pleasant stay.

Lovely family friendly apartment in central Paris

Points positifs : Very comfortable, modern well fitted apartment, perfect for families or small groups in a lovely central Paris location with lots of restaurants, shops and sites near by, close to metro and train stations. It was very quiet at night. Overall we had a great stay.

Points négatifs : The apartment is reached by a communal staircase that was dark and not very clean when we were there.

Points positifs : - excellent location: 5 minutes to Place de la Concorde near river Seine, 20 minutes to Louvre, 30 minutes to Eiffel tower, a lot of shops around. Lovely clean area of Paris - apartment is much smaller in reality but very well looked after - nice and clean - absolutely everything you need for a good stay: washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron, pots, pans, cups, wine glasses (including wine opener), spare towels/pillows. Well done! - management company is always online and happy to help with any questions.

Points négatifs : - no hooks for wet towels in bathroom - no shelf for my own toiletries inside the shower (hair mask, blades, body scrub etc.) - no coat hooks and very little storage. Only 1 glass shelf in the bedroom which is not enough for a family of 3. We had to keep most of our clothes in suitcases… - pressure to fill mandatory check out form more than 24 hours before our departure. - multiple reminders (both at check in and check out) that guests are not allowed to steal items from the property. It’s completely unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t know any hotels or Airbnb that would welcome guests by saying “Hello, welcome, please, don’t steal from us, we take pictures after every cleaning and keep inventory list for all the items in the property, we will double check everything when you check out” 😖 - 500 euro security deposit through third party Swinky. I read reviews about this security deposit scheme and they are not great, I was actually quite scared to leave my bank card details.

Apartment and location is perfect. Good price.

Points positifs : Fully renovated, very clean, modern, perfect location. Easy access with door code, no keys needed. Owner very responsive and flexible.

Points négatifs : There is a door in the apartment which leads to a stairway. This door needs to be sealed, because under it freezing cold air came in, and it cooled down both bathroom’s floor.

Lovely, pleasant stay in a marvelous city

Points positifs : Perfect location, just everywhere you can go on foot, clean flat, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen - nothing else you need for a pleasant stay

Points négatifs : Window view only to surrounding buildings- but only few steps you need to see many other things

Paryż jest wspaniały a mieszkanie świetnie zlokalizowane.

Points positifs : Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i piękna okolica. Wygodne łóżka i dobrze wyposażony apartament . Dość czysto. Nie słychać hałasu z ulicy. Ładne mieszkanie . Wygodne 3 łazienki. Czysta pościel i ręczniki super .

Points négatifs : W styczniu jest trochę zimno w mieszkaniu , ale to normalne w Paryżu w starych kamienicach. Ściana z mieszkaniem obok jest cienka i wszytsko słychać, musieliśmy uciszać sąsiadów obok. Nie było mydła i żelu do mycia w pojemnikach w łazience. Trochę drogo.

Great location - we would stay here again

Points positifs : The location and charm of an old building. Having our own washer and dryer was really nice.

Points négatifs : The place was decorated very very nicely, but the bathroom was a little dark. Extra light would’ve been nice, particularly when shaving. But we managed!
