Points positifs : Bien situé. Accueil parfait. Grand et confortable pour 10 personnes.

Points négatifs : Équipements de cuisine (couverts, verres,...) peuvent être améliorés ou complétés.

Points positifs : tout était parfait ! L’accueil à l’agence était super et les lieux aussi ! On était un groupe de 15 et tout s’est bien passé pour nous

Points positifs : Proche du métro. Rue tranquille. Disponibilité du personnel. Salles d’eau petites mais fonctionnelles.

The perfect stay for a large group

Points positifs : Brilliant location, well laid out, clean and perfect for a large group.

Perfect base for exploration of Paris

Points positifs : Perfect location for all main attractions. Easy to get from airport, Disneyland by RER. Across road from Metro if needed. Beds really comfy, plenty of hot water, all facilities to cope with 10 people easily.

Points négatifs : Very basic soft furnishings. Very limited clothes hanging/storage. Enough crockery, basic glassware but nothing matching. Only 9 table chairs, not ideal but not a major problem.

It was value for money

Points positifs : It was clean and tidy except couple of things, overall very clean and good, location was ideal too

Points négatifs : Wash basin drain was not good

Points positifs : Great location and so much space in the apartment. Perfect for groups, had everything you needed.

Points positifs : Location is perfect to reach all the major attractions in Paris. Apartment is well kept and the Urban Flats company office is nearby and thus very available if support's needed.

Points négatifs : Our unit was on first floor - and without lift - carrying up the luggage was a bit of trouble - but other than that our stay was good.

Points positifs : I like that the property is near to different restaurants and groceries. It's also near the metro. Easy to locate. I highly recommend this place for big group.

Points négatifs : We only had 1 set of keys so it was our main problem since we were a big group and sometimes we weren't together so going home need to be well coordinated.

Worth staying! Great for groups wanting to stay together! Excellent location!

Points positifs : The location was excellent, really close to metro and walking distance from attractions. The building was easy to locate and was spacious enough for us all. The hosts were excellent and very accommodating, they answered all my questions and were just super helpful! I would defo recommend this to anyone with a large group staying in Paris and wanting to stay together!

Points négatifs : It was a bit of a noisy street and as it’s a traditional Parisian apartment there is no AC so we left the windows open. The apartments is spacious but also compact especially the bathrooms, it works but it can be a squeeze. The flooring dipped in certain places but as it is an old building, we did expect that. We had a bit of trouble with the neighbour but the hosts were really reassuring and dealt with it for us. Overall, defo a great place to stay!
