Super appart! Je conseille vivement malgré le bruit dans une chambre.
Points positifs : Très bon emplacement. Petit immeuble agréable. Appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé. Literie très confortable.
Points négatifs : Le seul hic c’est le manque de double vitrage. Une chambre et la pièce de vie donnent côté rue et son très bruyantes. À partir de 6H du matin, passage des poubelles, livraison pour le centre commercial d’en face et roulage….

Clean and spacious close to Eiffel tower
Points positifs : I strongly recommend this appartment, not only was it close to the Eiffel tower about a 10 min walk, but there was a mall with a grocery store and a bakery right across the street. We were a party of 6 and we slept very comfortably. It was beautifully decorated and it made us feel like home.
Points négatifs : Everything was great.

Perfect three days in the most beautiful spot.
Points positifs : The flat was beautifully decorated, light and very well equipped. The location is absolutely perfect to explore the city’s main attractions but also to soak up the Parisian atmosphere. It’s a very charming and comfortable flat which I hope to return to soon.
Points négatifs : We loved everything about it.

Points positifs : Great location - very helpful to have a small shopping facility opposite for morning crossaints and evening dinner options and we could walk to see the Effiel Tower sparkle each evening (on the hour!) Great apartment - nice to have such a usable social space. Fully stocked kitchen.
Points négatifs : Slightly noisy in the morning with deliveries coming to the shops but not too bad!

Amazing!
Points positifs : The location of this apartment is absolutely amazing! I never expected that just a two-minute walk would lead me to a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower right from the street—an incredible bonus! I’m also beyond satisfied with the apartment itself. The design is stylish, the furniture is comfortable, and the big windows bring in so much natural light, creating the perfect Parisian vibe. It was wonderful to have a fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our own meals during our stay. All the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, which made the check-in process seamless. The area is fantastic—everything you need is within reach: grocery stores, coffee shops, boulangeries, and more. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking to experience the Parisian atmosphere and have everything you need nearby.
Points négatifs : It’s important to note that the apartment is located near a very active street, especially during the morning hours. While the location is convenient, the sound isolation of the windows is quite poor, so noise can be an issue. If having a quiet environment for sleeping is a top priority for you, this is something to keep in mind.

We had a lovely stay. Comfy beds and the sitting room is large. Good location near metro and sites.
Points positifs : A lovely light, airy and comfortable sitting room. Great location.
Points négatifs : The wardrobe in the double bedroom is unnecessarily big and makes access round the bed difficult.

На фото покажу, что видно буквально через 30 метров после выхода из подъезда)
Points positifs : Всё! Идеальное расположение: 5-7 минут до метро, оттуда же уже видно близко башню. 15 минут и можно спуститься прям вниз к ней. Тихо, спокойно, чисто. Мы были впятером, всем было достаточно места. Мы остались в восторге)
Points négatifs : Все супер!

Points négatifs : We had a couple of problems during our stay. We had to go without AC and WiFi for a night. The street is very busy and loud at night. You definitely need a noise machine
