Très bel appartement si tout fonctionne correctement
Points positifs : L’appartement est bien placé et bien conçu, situé au rdc. 2 chambres 2 sdb 2 wc et joliment décoré. Bien équipé cafetière, four, plaque cuisson.
Points négatifs : Beaucoup de difficultés avec la porte d’entrée, un soir nous n’arrivions pas à l’ouvrir. Aucune réponse de la conciergerie ☹️ suite à nos difficultés, il a fallu qu’on se débrouille par nous même. 3 télévisions qui ne fonctionnaient pas La douche du bas qui s’évacuait très mal et des fortes odeurs d’égouts. Le chauffage pas suffisant pour l’appartement, car il faisait très froid en extérieur et donc pas très chaud dans l’appartement.

Points positifs : Excellent emplacement appartement pratique pour 6 personnes grâce aux 2 salles de bains et 2 vrai chambres
Points négatifs : Manque de vaisselle et rue bruyante pour ceux qui dorment en haut

Appartement tout confort
Points positifs : Appartement très fonctionnel pour une famille, très bien équipé avec 2 vraies chambres et 2 salles de bain. Super emplacement à 10 mn de Montmartre et 2 mn du Moulin Rouge. Bouche de métro au bout de la rue. Appartement en rez de chaussée et pourtant très calme. Personnel très réactif, sur simple appel, on vous communique toutes les infos et se déplace même. Je recommande ce logement et je n'hésiterai pas de le louer de nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour.
Points négatifs : La salle de bain du haut est assez froide mais des petits chauffages d'appoint sont â disposition.

Comfortable, central & clean!
Points positifs : Great location. Good to have downstairs room for extra privacy. Two bathrooms was a bonus.

Ideal place to stay for a weekend in Paris.
Points positifs : Very good location with a metro station nearby, all for a great price. The property was clean and the host was responsive when we were checking in/out. Perfect for a group of friends staying in Paris.
Points négatifs : A little noisy at night as the property is street level.

Very Pleasant! Would return!
Points positifs : Fantastic value for the price we paid. As a family of 5 we were very satisfied with everything the apartment offered us. The photos look exactly like the apartment. 5min walk to the Place de Clichy metro station, easy self check-in and great organization/cleaniness when we arrived there. The owner also replies fast to any demands and is very helpful - although he doesn't speak english very well. We looked for plenty of places in Paris with 2 bathrooms and this one was by far the cheapest for what it offered. If I ever go back there with a group of 4+ people I'll definitely book again.
Points négatifs : The heater of the bathroom upstairs wasn't working - but the appartment offers plenty of portable heaters, making it possible to use one of them to \

Points positifs : A nice modern space in a very convenient location. We liked the comfortable beds and pillows. Everything we needed was provided. Check in and out was easy. Very professional.
Points négatifs : We visited in january and the apartment was cold, but it was ok that they had extra space heaters which we had to use. The power fuse disconnected a couple of times because of this.

Points positifs : The hosts were so accomodating. We were there for christmas and had 3 small children so it was inportant for us to create the christmas feeling. The hosts went above and beyond to decorate the room with christmas tree and lights which was just amazing.
Points négatifs : The property is a little small, but from what i have learned from locals that live there is that it is very common for the properties in paris to be small. It was not a problem for us, we managed as a family of 5 very well.

Points positifs : Lokācija un tas,ka uzreiz blakus ir kur novietot auto.(Redele place de Clichy aplikācija Parclick)ļoti tīra auto stāvvieta. Ļoti patika,ka bij divos stāvos dzīvoklis, plašs, silts,tīrs, kluss.Pietiekami daudz dvieļu bij.Vienmēr bij atbildes,ja kaut ko vajadzēja.
Points négatifs : Nevar atvērt logus,un tas ka nevarējām saprast,kur bij veļas mašīna??bet mums nebij nepieciešams tāpēc daļēji ir ok.
