Très bien mais l’appartement mériterait quelques rénovations à ce prix.

Points positifs : Très central, très lumineux, lits confortables, appartement bien équipé.

Points négatifs : Nombreuses fissures au plafond, une salle de bain pas saine.

Points positifs : Nous étions trois collègues venus à Paris pour assister à une conférence. Logement très bien situé, spacieux pour Paris avec un rapport qualité prix excellent. Échanges et récupération des clés simples et efficaces.

Points positifs : L'emplacement est super, l'appartement très confortable, le lit 2 places excellent. 3 toilettes, super, 2 salles de bains également.

Points négatifs : Juste quelques remarques: très peu de couverts pour manger Robinet d'eau froide dans la sdb des parents est defectueux.

Points positifs : The location of the apartment was fantastic, restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. There was plenty of space in the apartment for our family, kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances

Points négatifs : Heating did not work well and many small maintenance issues need to be resolved to give this apartment a rating of 10

Excellent apartment for families in an excellent location.

Points positifs : Excellent location close to Metro and a train station. Lots of cafes and bakeries nearby, and several supermarkets too. As the apartment is on the 7th Floor, you don't get the noise from the streets at night. Excellent kitchen in the apartment with complete equipment. Really nice touch with the tea bags too! The host was really responsive and gave good communication.

Points négatifs : Just being picky, but it would have made it perfect if there was a teapot, and if there was a guide on how to get channels on the TV (maybe we just didn't know how to work it?) but this made little difference to our stay. Difficult to find fault really! We'd come back to stay here again.

Wonderful stay in a great apartment with bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep.

Points positifs : A wonderful apartment in the heart of Montorgueil 2nd Arr. situated on the 7th floor with beautiful views especially to see the sunrise over Paris. Step out of the door into a street of bars, restaurants and shops. In one direction a 30 minute walk to Notre Dame and 30 minute walk to Montmartre in the other direction. Excellent communication with the host from the time of booking to the end of our stay. Wound definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Incredible value

Points positifs : Fabulous accommodation for a family in a top location. Incredible value for money. You could have 5 people stay with the 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, not to mention the sitting area and great kitchen - all for the same price as one tiny hotel room for 2 in the same area. We were only here 1 night but you could comfortably stay for several weeks. This is a real home not some characterless hôtel room. Children's toys in the cupboards, interesting books on the shelves and Bright colourful furnishings. It was really quiet even with bedroom window open at night. It's on the top floor, so fab views over the rooftops of Paris. Our bed was really comfortable and our two adult sons also slept well in the spacious children's rooms. A great space for a family. Definitely recommend it.
