excellent location and enough comfort for the price charged

Points positifs : superb location, a few minutes walk to several different metro line stations

Points négatifs : all expectations met, other comments give a lot of information, the garbage bins are right next to the entrance door which is not nice but during our stay there was no stinking and noise from neighbors unlike in many commentators' complaints

perfect stay

Points positifs : Everything was included. I really liked that there were everything what you could need - iron, hairdryer, even toaster or hygiene products (that was expecially nice). Place is near many bars, eating places, near metro. Very nice neighbourhood 🫶🏼

Cheap family base for Paris explore

Points positifs : Tucked away at the back of a side street, wasn’t hard to find and found it quiet enough for our family. Enough room for us all on our mini trip and facilities if you wanted to make your own food.

Points négatifs : Nothing bad really, shower cubicle door leaked so just had to aim the head in the right place. It was hot and clean so couldn’t complain there.

Mieszkanie do city break OK

Points positifs : Lokalizacja super, kontakt z gospodarzem również. Mieliśmy problem z ogrzewaniem pierwszego dnia, nie działało. Poprosiliśmy o interwencje i następnego dnia zostało to naprawione. Mieszkanie na parterze, schowane wewnątrz kamienicy, bez widoku (okna przyciemnione zasłonami- widok na klatkę schodową), stare budownictwo, nieco zniszczone. Niezbędne rzeczy w kuchni dostępne (ręcznik papierowy, ściereczka, kapsułki z kawą na plus). Dostaliśmy nawet dwa batoniki i wodę w lodówce. Świeże, pachnące ręczniki, zestaw toaletowy w łazience. Ciepła pościel.

Points négatifs : Łazienka jak na zdjęciach, czysta, ciepła, ale mocno zniszczona. Gniazdek mało, ale są przedłużki. Na podłodze są płytki, więc zimna podłoga w zimie. W kuchni przydałaby się deska do krojenia i jeszcze jeden nóż do krojenia.

Points négatifs : L entrata purtroppo era piena di bidoni della spazzatura e non è bella la cosa da vedere x il resto tutto nella norma

Points négatifs : Nu mi-a placut galagia: - se auzea mai tot timpul un televizor deschis dat foarte tare si la ore tarzii. - cand urca cineva pe scari se aude destul de tare. Tomberoane langa usa.

Points positifs : Apartament situat aproape de toate obiectivele pe care doream sa le vizitam, cu statie de metrou imediat langa. Complet utilat, spatios, curat, perfect pentru noi.
