très content du séjour
Points positifs : L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la tour Eiffel et du métro, avec une superbe vue sur les quais de la Seine et sur la ville de Paris. L’appartement est spacieux, confortable et très agréable à vivre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour
Points négatifs : La salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, mais cela reste un détail par rapport à la qualité générale de l’appartement

Points positifs : The host was helpful and the instructions were very clear. The apartment was well located.
Points négatifs : There were some missing items like towels. However, after speaking with the host she was really eager to help and solve the issue very fast! Thank you for that!

Points positifs : The host is very friendly and was very helpful with accommodating us. The location is great and well accessible by a short walk to the Metro. Very fair price for location.
Points négatifs : The apartment is somewhat outdated and could use a refurbishment. Having said that, it is likely the reason why it is a very fair priced apartment in a great location close to the Eiffel Tower.

Good Apartment with Seine River View
Points positifs : Apartment is precious. Very good view of Seine river from apartment. Owner was ready to help for keeping luggage during checking date in the morning.
Points négatifs : 1. One day accommodation denial: - Booking was done for 4 days i.e. from 3rd to 7th Aug and amount was paid. - Suddenly, got message from owner that she can't accommodate my family on 3rd Aug. In reply, she said that booking for 3rd Aug is done by other guest and due to online portal issue, 3rd Aug slot was shown as Open for me. It was booking.com issue. - She gave me option to cancel booking OR choose another slot OR manage for another hotel/location for 3rd Aug and get refund for 1 day's booking and stay in property from 4th Aug to 7th Aug. Unfortunately, i had to look for another hotel. 2. WiFi router was not working in any of phone of my family members. 3. Bath tub was clogged with hairs. Water was not draining properly. Had to clean it by self.

Un apartamento a un precio increíble en un sitio inmejorable.
Points positifs : Nos gusto mucho la ubicacion excelente, al lado de la torre Eiffel, con unas vistas estupendas al Sena desde una planta 18. La limpieza del apartamento, la comunicación con el propietario y las instalaciones (material de cocina, armarios,... ) también eran excelentes.
Points négatifs : Podía haber algún pequeño detalle, pero nada importante.

Points positifs : buen apartamento para mi familia casi como en casa la vista preciosa
Points négatifs : hay que llevar todo el aseo, aunque en mi caso no tuve problemas había toallas papel higiénico y detergente para fregar

Apartamento con vista espectacular!!
Points positifs : La ubicación es inmejorable y la vista al río Sena es espectacular, está a unos pasos de La Torre Eiffel, esos es su mejor atractivo. Cerca hay restaurantes, mercaditos, está a dos cuadras de la estación del metro que lleva a los lugares de interés en pocos minutos. El apartamento estaba muy limpio lo que agradecí mucho.
Points négatifs : Por ser ya un poco antiguo, se nota que requiere mantenimiento, pero a pesar de esto es bastante cómodo porque es amplio. Se agradecería tener algunos artículos de limpieza como una esponja para lavar platos y algunos condimentos para cocinar.
