Bien logés dans un quartier très sympa pour profiter des atouts de Paris

Points positifs : Bel appartement, pièces confortables car spacieuses et bien meublées / équipées. 2 douches, 2 wc dont un séparé est un vrai atout pour y vivre à 5

Points négatifs : Un problème d’isolation dans la cuisine côté fenêtre avec de l’air froid qui passe. Les robinets des salles de bains et d’eau sont à consolider. Le respect des horaires est primordial : en quittant l’appartement avant l’horaire convenu, nous n’avions pas encore chargé nos bagages dans notre véhicule que la personne en charge du ménage était en train de s’affairer (en récupérant la clé que nos enfants nous avaient laissé dans la boîte pour revenir charger les bagages dans la voiture)

Points positifs : - Location is very convenient. - Wi- Fi connection is very stable. - Located on ground floor which is convenient if you bring a lot of luggage or for reduced mobility guests. - The apartment is good for a maximum of 6 guest. - The furniture is very modern. - The decoration is very nice also. - Nice welcome basket with tea, coffee, some sweets and chocolates. - Monoprix is just in front which elevates the experience making everything more convenient. - Metro stations can be reached within 5 or 10 mins walk. - Beaugrenelle mall is very close.

Points négatifs : - We had an issue with the inbuilt heater which stopped working but they gladly brought spare room heaters.

My stay was overall pleasant

Points positifs : The property is very clean, the decor is very pretty, the beds are comfortable, warm apartment, nespresso coffee machine and very clean.

Points négatifs : The only thing I disliked was the fact that the curtains in the living room are not blockout, and the kitchen window doesn’t have a blink, so at night a lot of light from the streets comes through, making it difficult for the person in the sofa-bed to sleep.

Points positifs : Nos pareció muy bonito y cómodo. Sin duda fue una muy buena elección.

Points négatifs : Lo único que mejoraría es hacer mantenimiento a las duchas. Estaban un poco tapadas.

Location was perfect with thoughtful hosts; the place was clean, charming and modern, and the beds were incredibly comfo

Points positifs : Tastefully decorated with modern touches; the beds were insanely comfortable! It had everything we needed. The welcome sweets and bottled water were a thoughtful gesture that we appreciated. We also liked that it was on the ground floor, providing easy and quick access. The location and proximity to places we wanted to be close to (Monoprix, bakery, great restaurants) was absolutely perfect for us.

Points négatifs : Some hanging hooks near the entrance or hallway would be nice, to hang coats/jackets/purses etc on. Two sets of keys, instead of just one set, may be better in case family members need to part ways or go to separate places. The second entrance door (the one that didn’t need a code or key) also started messing up on our last night/day, where it kept staying locked, instead of unlocked like it normally was. The only way we were able to get inside on our last night was because another tenant happened to be coming in at the same time, so he was able to unlock it and let us come in after him.

Points positifs : Ми проживали в апартаментах 4 дні і загалом залишилися задоволені. Найбільший плюс — це розташування. Локація просто топова: до Ейфелевої вежа пішки приблизно 15 хвилин, а якщо вийти з вулиці поруч із будинком її одразу видно. Поруч знаходиться супермаркет, буквально 2 хвилини ходьби. На кухні було багато зручностей: посудомийка, пральна машинка, плита, достатньо посуду, каструль та кухонного приладдя. Приємним бонусом було те, що для нас залишили каву для кавомашини. Планування: дві окремі спальні та розкладний диван на кухні. По всій квартирі були кондиціонери з функцією обігріву, а також додаткові обігрівачі.

Points négatifs : У квартирі потребують ремонту меблі: шафи були поламані, дверцята місцями відпадали, кран також зломаний. У душовій кабіні була пліснява. Також саме розташування душу не дуже зручне. Підлога була холодною. З посудомийки відчувався холод — ймовірно, через щілину або недостатню ізоляцію. Оскільки це перший поверх, було трохи шумно, коли люди проходили повз вікна. Крім того, у вікнах були щілини з боку двору, а самі вікна матовані, тому немає нормального виду назовні та неможливо повноцінно виглянути на вулицю. Також ніхто не прибирав протягом чотирьох днів.

Points positifs : La ubicación era perfecta (sitios de interés, restauración y supermercados). Los colchones de las habitaciones eran muy cómodos. Todo lo necesario en el apartamento y todo funcionaba perfectamente. Nos dejaron hacer el check in antes de lo programado y nos dejaron la casa ya calentita para cuando llegamos (las temperaturas estaban por debajo de 0°).

Points négatifs : Las almohadas eran muy blanditas.

Above and Beyond

Points positifs : Outstanding!! Great location, next to the Beaugrenelle Mall, very walkable, next to the river, 20 min walk away from Eiffel tower!! Then the property was very clean and stylish, fully equipped ,We lacked nothing. Check in and check out were easy also. We loved it!! I will book again without hesitation!!

Points négatifs : Nothing.

Excellent location in a very enjoyable and supportive neighborhood

Points positifs : The hosts, David and Warren, were wonderful. Helpful and responsive. The location for the apartment is excellent for exploring Paris, easy access to the Metro and to taxis. The neighborhood is very complete, as the big Beaugrenelle Mall is nearby, and there are numerous cafes and restaurants easily within walking distance. Our favorite restaurant was Le Pareloup, just down the street at number 16, on the corner. The apartment and building are very secure, with good locks and we felt safe there. The washing machine was a great feature, and it worked much better than other models I've encountered on my travels. It even had a very useful Rapide function, allowing for wash in 20 minutes! Plenty of hot water, and the internet worked great.

Points négatifs : One improvement I would recommend would be to install shutters on the windows for the street-side bedroom, which would help with making the room a little darker and quieter at night.
