Points positifs : Appartement agréable, bien équipé. Chambre calme côté cour. Bonne localisation : différentes lignes de métro, nombreux commerces, bars et restaurants sympas.

Très bon séjour avec un très bon emplacement,proche des restaurants et lieux touristiques facilement accessibles à pied.

Points positifs : Bon emplacement. Appartement propre et très fonctionnel.

Points négatifs : Seul bémol nuisance sonore le matin liée aux travaux en cours devant l’appartement.

Points positifs : La situation est excellente et convenait bien à mes déplacements. L'appartement est très bien rénové, propre et pratique. Le canapé est de bonne facture et permet un couchage confortable. La chambre à l'arrière assure un calme rare à Paris. Une salle de bain très chouette avec une grande douche à l'italienne.

Points négatifs : Le fait qu'il n'y ait qu'une seule clé. Peu pratique en cas de programme différent.

Points positifs : Bel appartement équipé et fonctionnel : lave vaisselle et lave linge. Accès sécurisé et volets roulants sur le côté rue. Les couchages sont confortables

Points négatifs : La porte d'entrée ne se ferme pas très bien. Rez de chaussée assez passant. Les vlets de la chambre ne se ferment pas entièrement

Nice place as a base to visit Paris

Points positifs : Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The space was nice. The nespresso and microwave were handy to have in the flat. The bedroom was quiet and peaceful. Bathroom had a spacious shower and the kitchen had everything we needed (we did not cook though).

Points négatifs : Couch bed wasn't comfortable. There was some construction going on in the building.

Points positifs : We stayed at the flat one week and in general are very glad with the choice. The apartment is clean, recently renovated, comfortable, and quite spacious for Paris. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, including kitchen amenities. The neighbourhood is very safe and pleasant, and it’s relatively close to many major sights. The instructions for getting to the flat were also very clear and easy to follow.

Points négatifs : During our stay, we experienced an issue with the shower—the water wasn’t draining properly, and since the shower cabin has no borders, the bathroom floor would get wet after each use. We contacted with Miriam the first evening by booking, but unfortunately didn’t hear back until the last evening when we received the check-out instructions. Overall, the flat is lovely and very comfortable, though this particular issue did cause some inconvenience.

Points positifs : We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was lovely – warm, inviting, clean, and well-appointed. We had everything we needed for our short visit. The location was ideal, we felt very safe, and the appt was really easy to access. The host was very responsive before our arrival, and walking to the train station with our luggage was a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again!

Points négatifs : The fold-out couch was a bit uncomfortable, as it was too firm, and the apartment felt a little cramped for four adults. It would have been great to have an extra chair next to the couch so all four of us could sit comfortably around the coffee table. However, l would still stay here again!
