Un séjour inoubliable !

Points positifs : Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable dans cet appartement magnifique situé sur les Champs-Élysées. Tout était impeccable : la décoration chic et raffinée, le confort des équipements, et l’ambiance idéale pour un séjour en couple. La vue sur les toits de Paris et l'emplacement sur l'avenue la plus célèbre du monde ajoutait une touche magique à notre expérience. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’attention aux détails et la propreté irréprochable. Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter pour un séjour d’exception à Paris !

Amazing location with a clean/comfort room

Points positifs : Amazing location, middle of Champs Elysees. It is the building that Starbucks in. Metro is close, and all shopping / food area is nearby. The room was clean, everything was working fine (except 1 broken chair arm but i do not care). Balcony is also nice with a good view.

Points négatifs : For the first entry, you need to wait someone to go in or out, since you will later get the magnetic chip with the key in door key box. If you are not lucky, it might take some time but the owner could help you during the day by calling the janitor. Still, many people are going in and out so you wont be waiting long.

Points positifs : Great location, clean & perfect for a few nights!

Points négatifs : Quite an old building so expect it to be quite noisy during the night, also check in process was quite confusing as we received instructions late.

Points positifs : Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was absolutely perfect — one of the best possible. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and had everything we needed. We were very happy with our stay.

A great base for easy Paris roaming

Points positifs : The placement of the property was central. It cost €40 to get to the apartment from CDG airport and about 20 mins drive. It had a great balcony that overlooked a quiet street. You are able to view the skyline of Paris in the early morning unbothered or you can nicely wave and greet your neighbours across the street. It was larger than a typical hotel room with a great bathroom and nice albeit small kitchen.

Points négatifs : Some of the furniture was showing its age and some items needed maintenance e.g. fan filter. Minor concerns that wouldn’t spoil a stay. There was construction going on across from the property in July 2025 but was noticeable unless you were out on the balcony in prime time hours (9am - 4pm) I’d advise the owner providing a What3Words (///master.metals.sitting) to the entrance to make arrival a little easier but just look for the Starbucks and then the black doors to the side for access.

Points positifs : Perfect location, everything was clean, looks better in real life than pictures. We couldn't hear neighbors, and windows are faced to quieter smaller street, so we had good sleep. Good blow-dryer. 20 minutes walking to Place Du Trocadero where You can spend first or last evening of Your trip watching sparkling Eiffel tower.

Best place to enjoy Paris !

Points positifs : The location is really easy in the middle of champs Élysées close to everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a very warm decoration. Very easy check-in and responsive host, I will for sure come back !

Great apartment!

Points positifs : Locations great, right on the main shopping street. The room was spacious with excellent facilities. Bed was a comfy, and having a balcony to enjoy is always a nice extra - perfect place to propose!

Points négatifs : The fob collection process is a little annoying, having to wait for someone to exit the doors so that access can be gained; apart from that, I can't knock the stay, would 100% stay again!
