location wins over everything!

Points positifs : the location, the location, the location - the apartment was OK, the luxury in the name is not really justified but overall it had everything we needed and it was really spacious! the bathroom was big, the living space really big. so overall good experience.

Points négatifs : the floor was vacuumed but not cleaned and we had a crawling baby... there are some esthetic flaws that should be fixed (all you see in other reviews is still there - lights in the bathroom, lack of dishes/silverware, awful mattresses, etc)

Points positifs : La ubicación sin dudas excelente. El barrio muy bonito muy cerca de los Jardines de Luxemburgo y de varios puntos turisticos escenciales.

Evi ve mahalleyi çok sevdik.

Points positifs : Tesis güzel ve sakin bir muhitte yer almaktadır. Yürüyerek Seine river ve Louvre bölgesine ulaşılır. Bölgede güzel cafe ve restoranlar var. Yürüme mesafesinde metro durağı, otobüs ve taksiyle kolay ulaşılır. Salon aileler için çok kullanışlı.

Points négatifs : Banyonun açıldığı küçük odanın penceresi yok ancak uyumak için izole bir ortam olsa da banyonun bu odadan giriliyor olması biraz evdeki trafiği etkiliyor.

Gut für größere preisbewusste Gruppen und einen Kurztrip nach Paris

Points positifs : Die Lage ist hervorragend. In direkter Umgebung den Jardin du Luxembourg, Cafés, Metro, Supermarkt. Man ist schnell bei den Highlights der Stadt. Insgesamt 6 Schlafplätze - ohne mehrere Hotelzimmer buchen zu müssen - findet man selten in Paris. Sehr gut geeignet für größere Gruppen, man spart dadurch viel Geld.

Points négatifs : Die Wohnung ist an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas in die Jahre gekommen, zB sichtbare Spuren eines Wasserschadens an der Decke, im Bad könnte man ebenfalls mal kleinere Reparaturarbeiten durchführen. Das Bett im Wohnzimmer ist ziemlich durchgelegen, die Schlafcouch quietscht ziemlich doll. Das Bett im Seitenraum ist etwas besser. Wir hätten uns natürlich bessere Betten gewünscht, für 3 Nächte war es aber ok. Die Vorteile haben deutlich überwogen.
