Some things could be improved, but helpful staff made our stay more comfortable

Points positifs : I really appreciated that the rental company has an office where you can safely leave your luggage if you arrive early, and even on the day of check-out you can keep your bags there until 7 p.m. This was extremely convenient for us and allowed us to enjoy the last day without carrying our suitcases around. We also got the keys there along with clear directions to the apartment. The office is just next building, which was super convenient. The price–quality ratio is good: there were 5 of us, and staying in a hotel would have cost much more. The bathroom was comfortable. The location was very good, with the metro and grocery stores nearby, although in the evening it’s better to walk in larger groups or accompanied by men. I would normally rate this location no more than a 7, but I’m giving it an 8 because the staff were pleasant and attentive, and the luggage service made our stay much more comfortable.

Points négatifs : For future guests and as a suggestion to the host: the cleaning was rather superficial. It would be great to do a more thorough cleaning from time to time. The floor on the ground level was quite dirty. The dishwasher and the washing machine were not clean inside (of course, it’s possible that previous guests didn’t use them properly — I’ve noticed this in other rentals as well, as some people don’t care where to put the detergent!!! this is crazy), but this still remains the host’s responsibility. The sofas on the ground floor were uncomfortable. Although we were so tired after walking all day that we still slept more or less well. Those for whom comfort is a top priority should be aware of this. The fold-out armchair on the ground floor should really be replaced with a new one — that would be a huge plus in every future review.

Points positifs : The apartment offers complete infrastructure, making it perfect for families, with a washer and dryer for convenience and a full kitchen for meal preparation. The apartment is a fairly spacious, comfortable space located on a quiet street. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and the train station is easily accessible for exploring the city. The area felt safe for walking, and supermarkets were conveniently close. Overall, it provided an excellent base for our family getaway.

Points négatifs : We had some issues during check-in, but the host manager worked well to resolve them. The sofa bed is fine for a kid, but it might not be comfortable for an adult. The entrance is a bit tight because of the rubbish bins, as mentioned in other reviews, but it wasn’t a big problem for us.

Points positifs : 主要駅からのアクセスが良好。ルーブル美術館も徒歩で可能です。また電車のラインも多かったのでどこへでもアクセスしやすかったです。 また、スタッフさんがこちらの願いにも快く対応してくださりました。チャットの返信も早く安心して利用できます。 水回りも大変綺麗です。

Apartamento bien situado

Points positifs : Muy buena ubicación, cercano al metro y a zona de muchos restaurantes. Cocina bien equipada. Baño muy limpio. Camas confortable. Buena limpieza.

Points négatifs : No hay aire acondicionado. Es un interior, al que se accede por un pasillo muy estrecho y un poco tétrico aunque el apartamento está muy bien.

Points négatifs : No tiene mucha ventilación pero la.puerta de entrada da a un patio interior y se podía tener ña puerta abierta

Points positifs : La comodidad del departamento. La calefacción. La vajilla. La ducha. La decoración. Está muy bien conectado con las atracciones de la ciudad. En general está muy bien equipado.

Points négatifs : La calle donde está ubicado es muy tranquila y en algún momento parece algo insegura.

Points positifs : Estaba muy bien ubicado. Muy cercano a varias eataciones de metro, en una calle muy tranquila.
