Agréable et très bien situé, idéal pour un WE.

Points positifs : Très bien situé, quartier très vivant, logement très calme et bien sécurisé. Hôtes très serviables et réactifs aux messages. Appartement bien entretenu, bien équipé pour un court séjour. L’ascenseur bien que petit est un plus.

Points négatifs : Un ou deux torchons et un peu plus de couverts seraient appréciables mais c’est vraiment pour chercher la petite bête :)

Points positifs : L'emplacement est parfait et la rue est composée de restaurants, pratique également. Ceux-ci ferment vers 23h30, il n'y a donc pas de problème pour dormir. L'appartement est confirme aux photos, spacieux et bien aménagé, nous n'y sommes restés qu'une soirée mais je pense qu'il est convenable pour un séjour plus long 3-5 jours, à 4.

Points négatifs : Seul petit bémol pour le WiFi qui n'était pas très efficace. Je pense qu'il faudrait changer la Box qui n'est pas de toute dernière génération

Points positifs : Location is amazing, busy neighbourhood with a lot of food options, close to metro and bus, and supermarkets avalaible also. Cozy apartment, good for some days in Paris

Points négatifs : There is a bit noise coming from the windows as it was a 1st floor, but we slept perfectly. There was a bit of an odor in the bathroom. The rest was perfect

Points positifs : We were a group of 4 people , the apartment had enough room, the bedroom had the bathroom but there also was a wc in the living room area, it was very clean also.

Points négatifs : I would prefer it to have the sofa ready so we didn't had to ask and look around for the bed cover pillows and rest of the towels.

Fabulous location and a very comfortable, charming apartment.

Points positifs : The location was fantastic - Rue Cadet is a foodie paradise. A short 20min walk to the Louvre and the Seine via old picturesque streets. The hosts allowed us to drop our bags off before check in because our flight was an early one.

Points négatifs : The info to enter the apartment was not sent prior to our arrival so there was a little bit of messing around - messaging back and forth - to get in, which was a bit stressful after 24 hours flying.

Great location, clean

Points positifs : Location was very good. Tidy and clean. Comfortable beds.

Points négatifs : Was a bit noisy from the street, but was manageable. Day curtains missing. Toilet seat was too small. Shower had nowehere to put anything. Soap was from some random industrial bottles. But all of these are minor things.

Ideal location

Points positifs : Location was great easy walking to most sites and restaurants. 2 bathrooms was nice, washer was a bonus.

Points positifs : The host was very friendly. The flat is nicely located and convenient, there was everything needed. Only the safe was not working, but this was not crucial for our stay.

Points négatifs : It would be good to have more light in the room.
