Points positifs : Staff is nice they give us an upgrade the apartment supposed to give us have an electricity problem, instead they give us a 3 bedroom appartment, Location is excellent , near the metro station, supermarket , bakery just around the corner ,restaurants in surrounding area ,

Place in the old town, good for tourists

Points positifs : The apartment is very nice and located in the old quarters of Paris. It is a 20-minute walk from the Luvr Museum, nearby metro stops and Opera Street, Notre Dame and Eifel Tower, which can be reached by metro or taxi. There are markets, grocery stores and many places to eat near the apartment. At the same time, there are many bars for an evening stroll on the weekends. It is located in the most ideal place for tourists. The apartment was really beautiful and big. Since the apartment they were supposed to give us was broken, they gave us a bigger apartment and it was really big and beautiful. if we come to Paris again we will definitely stay in the same place. The rate number 9 is for the location of the property

Points négatifs : our biggest problem was that it was on the top floor. Even though we stated that we were with small children when making the reservation, they still gave us the highest apartment and we had to carry the children and their bags to the top floor with the stairs for 4 days, so tired. Because the building was old, there was no elevator. At the same time, there was no soap, dishwashing liquid and sponge in the apartment. The apartment can be more clear, there was dust in the floor and tables and the toilets smells so bad :( (These were always available in the apartments of other countries we stayed in). We were also asked for a deposit of 350 EUR in case we damage the house (this is the first time we encounter such a thing) and when we asked if we could pay in cash, we did not receive a response and when we went to the office, we could not make the payment because it was closed because our stay coincided with the weekend. But the good thing is that we were never asked for this payment afterwards. (you can write this information in the apartment summary).

Points positifs : the apartment is located in an area close to the center, convenient to the metro and is good for up to 4 people.

Points négatifs : Although recently renovated, the apartment has broken furniture, poorly equipped and, poorly cleaned and there is no extractor fan in the bathroom, is located on the fourth floor which can be reached via an uncomfortable staircase

Points positifs : Locatie, curat, confortabil. Dotari ok , ap 96 Am plecat dimineata la ora 5 si am putut lasa cheia la agentie, in apropiere. Metro aproape, magazine, farmacii ...

Points négatifs : Etaj 4 fara lift, scarile te omoara zilnic, lipsa hartie igienica _ deloc A doua canapea extensibila are ceva probleme, nu e chiar foarte confortabila. Nu prea este lumina seara, putine becuri. Veiozele in dormitor nu functionraza. Tantari :)
