Points positifs : Bel appartement, très propre et lits confortables. A 10 minutes environ des Champs-Élysée, le quartier est calme et ne craint pas. Suite à un appel avec l’hôte, nous avons pu laisser les clefs dans l’appartement pour le checkout plutôt que de devoir refaire le trajet avec nos valises.
Points négatifs : Comme il s’agit d’un rez-de-chaussée avec des chambres qui donnent sur la rue, le bruit peut être dérangeant surtout le matin. Récupérer et ramener les clefs à une autre adresse qui n’est pas à côté est contraignant.

Points positifs : The apartment is very big. Very good for family, especially with kids.
Points négatifs : It's in the ground floor which was unexpected for whom lives 20th floor...haha. One more thing, the coffee machine didn't work very well.

Points positifs : I recently stayed at the Cosy Bedroom Champs Élysées for 5 days, and my overall experience was fantastic. The apartment is beautifully decorated and offers plenty of space, making it a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the vibrant attractions of Paris. I would rate this stay 7.5/10 and would recommend it for anyone looking for a charming and spacious place to stay in Paris.
Points négatifs : The only drawback was the door, which was a bit difficult to open. However, this minor issue did not significantly impact my overall enjoyment of the apartment.

Points positifs : Alojamiento completo, cómodo para un grupo de 8 personas, se agradece p
Points négatifs : El piso del baño se encuentra roto, incómodo al momento de pasar por esa parte, un poco hundido.. el agarre de la ducha no sostenía la manguera, muy poco flexibles con el horario de entrada, estuvimos desde las 12:00 esperando poder ingresar y nunca entró ni salió nadie del aseo, aun así nos hicieron esperar hasta el último, cansados con niños buscando dormir en parques mientras esperábamos la larga recepción.

Good but could be great with very little effort
Points positifs : Excellent location. Plenty of room and great value
Points négatifs : Two days to respond when they did not provide enough towels. Two rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels for 8 people for a week is ridiculous. Why piss people off for $5 euro when they paid you $3,000 for the week. 1 key is a real struggle for 8 people. Just put a key box on the outside by the front door. Fix these things and you will have an awesome experience

A Very Comforting Stay
Points positifs : It was very accessible from the building's entrance and the host was very accommodating and understanding when we called them. The beds and pillows were all super comfortable and clean. Moreover, all that we needed in the kitchen were there except we couldn't find the microwave oven. But it's ok because we were able to reheat our food using the cooking pot. The public transportation services are not too far and the neighbourhood is very calm and chic. There were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 kids, and we all enjoyed our overnight stay. Perhaps next time we will stay longer as we had a marvelous time there.
Points négatifs : We can't connect to Netflix as the TV kept saying it isn't connected. We.couldn't find the microwave oven. One drawer in the living room wouldn't close and we have a 3 year old kid with us, and the open drawer posed a risk for the son of my friend.
