Points positifs : Appartement au calme emplacement top,idéal pour 6 adultes . Très jolie décoration . Nous avons très bien dormi .Literie très confortable. Nous reviendrons !

Points négatifs : Seul bemol un ventilateur dans chaque chambre mais pas dans le salon.

Points positifs : Literie confortable, endroit très propre et conforme à la description ! Parfaitement situé pour bien profiter de votre séjour !

Points positifs : Localisation parfaite, propreté et décoration top ! Confort, luminosité, accès, un bel appart pour un pied à terre au coeur de Paris !

Newly renovated apartment, clean, comfortable beds, great location. Would stay again.

Points positifs : Newly renovated apartment. Clean. 2nd floor but no elevator. The shower was FANTASTIC! Kitchen was sufficiently equipped to make simple meals. Location was excellent. Restaurants, bars were withing walking distance as well as the grocery stores, trains, trams and lots of boutiques for shopping.

Points négatifs : The drains in the main bathroom smelled but we could not open the bedroom window to disperse the smell as it was taped shut.

A great little apartment to stay in Central Paris.

Points positifs : The apartment was very nice although a little damp in places. The location was ideal with easy access to two metro lines. You are surrounded by a range of excellent restaurants particularly down towards Bastille. The apartment was well equipped for a short stay, and very clean and tidy. We had a great time for 5 days.

Points négatifs : The booking website was fairly straightforward although it didn't seem to like our credit card. The automated messages were confusing and it wasn't easy to contact anyone except by email. As a result we paid the city tax twice. We then had problems accessing the apartment seemingly because it wouldn't accept our credit card for the deposit, despite the fact it took the city tax on the same card.

Well located lovely apartment, but the lack of a lift was a problem.

Points positifs : Location. Area. Good quality beds. Size of the apartment.

Points négatifs : No lift and we are two ladies who had to carry 25kg suitcases up two floors. There were no cupboards to hang close in the bedrooms. The access codes were sent very last minute whilst we were already in transit and we struggled to find someone to assist. We could not telephone the agent to assist, as the communication clearly stated we could only send emails. When we arrived we left our luggage and went out, during that time it started raining and when we returned the second bedroom floor was wet, as someone, prior to us getting there, had obviously not closed the window properly.

This was a lovely stay and the hosts were easily contactable! Very convenient and peaceful. We will be back!

Points positifs : The apartment was lovely and neat. Exactly what we needed for a base point when traveling in Paris!

Points négatifs : The pillows aren’t the most comfortable and it’s extremely hot in the apartment even with the fans on.

Goede comfortabele accommodatie

Points positifs : Rustige geleden met comfortabele bedden. Goede locatie. Snelle communicatie via hun app. Soms een put lucht en te weinig handdoeken voor het aantal nachten. Maar we komen graag terug.

Points positifs : Posizione ottima e in un quartiere tranquillo la sera, appartamento moderno e ristrutturato, facile da raggiungere con mezzi e check in molto semplice
