Points positifs : L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux avec beaucoup de rangement et d'équipements. Très bon emplacement et rapport qualité-prix
Points négatifs : Manque grille pain, torchon, petites cuillères, mug... Manque lattes sur clic-clac du salon. La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement.

Je recommande. Idéale pour un court séjour en famille.
Points positifs : Emplacement. Propriétaire. Appartement ancien mais très propre.
Points négatifs : Il faisait froid dans l'appartement même avec chauffage. Toilettes impossible de prendre de douche car il faisait très froid.

Points positifs : L'emplacement au top, quartier calme, l'appartement donne sur une cour privée donc aucun bruit. Métro très proche.

Points positifs : Appartement tout en longueur offrant un très bon rapport qualité prix. Lits confortables.
Points négatifs : Pas de savon, table bancale, canapé dans le salon qui tiens que en lit

Points positifs : Excellent lactation, clean and fully equipped kitchen. Very good contact with the owner.
Points négatifs : The bathroom sink was too high to use. The countertop in the bathroom would use some renovation.

Points positifs : Very good location just at the metro line 4 from which you can reach the railway directly and from there RER line A to Disneyland or other destinations. Not far ( by bus or subway) from all the main Paris attractions, nearby bakery, pizza, KFC, subway, lidl (10 min), bus stops. Very well equipped kitchen, wifi, great contact with the owner. Really appreciate picking up my early morning call of emergency. Price adequate to standard.
Points négatifs : In the bathroom all is working fine, but the washbasin countertop and shower could use some renovation.

Points positifs : Perfect climate. Cosy and affordable apartament for a family. Great starting point - easy to travel by public transport. Shops, restaurants and a bakery super close. Andy also - very friendly and helpful service

Localização maravilhosa!
Points positifs : A localização é excelente, acertamos em cheio, ao lado tem Subway, Mc Donalds, mercados, muitos restaurantes e uma estação muito perto, do outro lado da rua o que facilitou muito! A área tbm super segura, nos sentimos muito bem devido a localizado, o apartamento em si não é tão completo e luxuoso mas pela localização voltaríamos com certeza, valeu muito a pena, apesar do apartamento ser simples nós atendeu muito bem!
Points négatifs : O elevador cabe 1 ou duas pessoas, com mala é impossível, subimos escadas, o apartamento fica no 2 andar mas n fui um super problema p nós, ainda voltaríamos.

Points positifs : La cercanía y seguridad de las instalaciones, era muy fácil llegar, si bien era obligatorio tomar locomoción para ir al centro, era muy cómodo y te ibas conexion por todas partes
Points négatifs : Hay terminaciones del departamento que se podrían cerrar (arreglos no cerrados) pero nada que fuese un problema
