Un duplex très propre, bien équipé et silencieux. Je le recommanderais sans hésiter!

Points positifs : Bien équipé, très propre et surtout très silencieux dans le centre de Paris!

Points négatifs : Le lit est plutôt petit (il ne faut pas être trop grand, ce qui n’est pas notre cas)

Points positifs : Appartement très bien placé et tre3s calme, bien équipé, petit mais l'espace à été optimisé. Éric est charmant .

Séjour parfait

Points positifs : l'emplacement de l'appartement, sa propreté et son confort. Le contact agréable avec le propriétaire.

Points négatifs : Les marches de l'escalier grincent fortement et si on les utilisent la nuit on réveille tout le monde. Le canapé est usagé et peu confortable. La télévision placée trop haut.

A superb location. A generous host, he left us a bottle of wine and attended to our queries.

Points positifs : Loved the location, excellent choices for eating, shopping. wonderful boulangeries and grocery shops. a lively yet safe location. We could walk into the main sites, Notre Dame etc. Great friendly restaurants on the doorstep.

Points négatifs : We were not prepared for the narrow stairs in the apartment.

Enjoyable stay!

Points positifs : The apartment was in a fairly central location to walk and catch the metro. With local boulangeries, supermarkets and bars nearby is was enjoyable to try many places, and return to the apartment to enjoy our purchases.

Points négatifs : Given the start of summer heat, 30+C, a fan from day 1, rather than day 4, would have been appreciated as although the apartment was on the top level, the breeze was minimal to cool the place down.

Points négatifs : The washing machine was not working properly.

Perfect place to visit Paris for a weekend

Points positifs : Perfect location close to public transport and good restaurants in walking distance

A fabulous stay in Paris where we felt like we were living with the locals. Such a nice change from a hotel.

Points positifs : This is not a hotel. No concierge or reception area but It is a fabulous little flat in a quirky little neighbourhood. We felt like we were residents of Paris. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. A fabulous place to stay and we felt very safe.

Points négatifs : Just the little staircase to get to the bedroom loft area. We couldn’t get our suitcases up there so left them downstairs in the lounge area, which worked out fine.
