Points négatifs : Le bruit des travaux dans la rue à 5h lundi matin☹️.

Points positifs : Emplacement exceptionnel. Appart très propre à l'arrivée. Quartier très animé, un peu bruyant même, comme il faisait assez chaud, difficile de garder portes et fenêtres ouvertes pour dormir. Le ventilateur aide mais bruyant pour dormir. Facile pour se promener à pieds aux alentours et même au delà. Métro à la porte. Beaucoup de restaurants variés, Indien, turque, français, excellente boulangerie juste à côté et plusieurs épiceries. L'appartement est très bien décoré et Lakshan pour la fois que nous avons eu contact avec lui a été super.

Points négatifs : Avoir la clim serait un plus crochets porte-serviettes dans la salle de bains et à côté du petit lavabo. Porte papiers de toilette dans la toilette. Nous avons acheté notre propre papier essuie-tout. Les capsules à café ne convenaient pas à la machine et nous n'avons pas pu en trouver dans les épiceries. Le prix de location était élevé à cause de la location, l'espace du logement en valait la peine cependant. Nous avons écrit deux fois aux hôtes sur place, sans réponses. Odeur de moisi dans la cage d'escalier et dans l'appart en arrivant. Une fois les fenêtres ouvertes et mis un peu de parfum dans la pièce, ça allait mais pas dans l'escalier.

Un très bon moment dans un endroit charmant et confortable.

Points positifs : L'emplacement était idéal pour nous, 3 lignes de métro au pied de l'immeuble permettent de rayonner rapidement dans les différents quartiers. L'appartement est lumineux et tout à fait conforme aux photos. Mangalie était présente à notre arrivée pour nous faire visiter le lieu. La vue sur la porte St Martin est majestueuse, de jour comme de nuit.

Points négatifs : Un peu plus de vaisselle (assiettes, couverts, verres) permettrait de ne pas faire la vaisselle à chaque repas ou de ne pas faire tourner le lave vaisselle à moitié vide.

Points positifs : Excellent comms from the owner before and during our stay. Lovely apartment , exactly as in description, superb location for getting around Paris and lots to do locally.

Points négatifs : Nothing really-a bit of street noise late on but not too bad.

Points positifs : The apartment was really well maintained. Very clean and comfortable and more spacious than I was expecting. It is walking distance of Gare du Nord and a metro station is right outside. There is also a really popular bakery on the opposite corner for bread, croissants and coffee. It was also nice to be met at the apartment. It's walking distance of interesting shops and eateries and a couple of floors above a friendly, busy restaurant.

Points négatifs : It is on a busy road and noisy at night, so you might need earplugs. There were a few homeless people living under the arch which I wasn't expecting, but it also wasn't a problem.

A fabulous experience of Paris apartment living

Points positifs : Incredible location and beautiful apartment. It was amazing to be in the middle of it all and the view of the arch was spectacular! Very central for easy reach of all of the major sites. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment but it had everything we needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or recommend to others.

Points négatifs : The location meant it was noisy at night

Points positifs : We loved our stay in Paris. Very convenient, right next to a metro station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Gorgeous apartment that felt very Parisian!

Points négatifs : It’s in a very noisy area and the noise continues into the early hours of the morning. Take earplugs!!

Points positifs : Very comfortable and beautiful apartment in the center of Paris! We had a great stay and would definitely book again. There is a small balcony with a beautiful view, a lot of restaurants nearby, and the metro station is also very close. The host was very nice and helpful!
