Marais Saint Paul Ecouffes with AC

Overall it was a good stay

Points positifs : Excellent location, marais is lively, easy to walk to many attractions, bus/metro stops are near the property

Points négatifs : Too small for 3 individual travellers, Beds are too small, sofa bed not comfortable,not so clean, water coming outside the shower cabin ,need a renovation

Location was good and apartment comfortable.

Points positifs : Easy walk from public transport to get to property. It was safe and quiet. Great to have a washing machine and little kitchen to use. Hot shower was great. It felt like a typical French property, even the old wonky steps leading up to our apartment.

Points négatifs : The space was really quiet small for 4 people and had a lot of extra furniture in it. It made it almost impossible to get the clothes dryer out to dry our washing and really only one person could ever sit at the table as there really was no room. Bathroom worked well but again was tiny. Would have liked the coffee/tea station to look a bit more updated and also lots of cleaning stuff/tools just everywhere.

Excellent location, but small!

Points positifs : Location is excellent - within walking distance to everything Apartment is private, we didn’t see any other residents

Points négatifs : Apartment is much smaller than the pictures suggest. It was quite a squeeze with 4 of us. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. The apartment is in a commercial area so expect early morning noise of bins being emptied etc

Love it

Points positifs : Master bed very comfortable and warm. Loved the small but very practical kitchen, dining and open plan. Windows wide open, which is wonderful. Location great for going everywhere, by bus or train. So much shopping around, restaurants and local supermarkets, all so close.

Points négatifs : Dining chairs very flimsy, so a little concerning when you sat down. No washing machine for the first 2 days, but that did get fixed on Paris time ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Fold out a bit noisy and thin.

Points positifs : Ottima posizione Negozi, mezzi pubblici, supermercato vicini Molto silenzioso nonostante in centro Acqua della doccia sempre calda

Points négatifs : Manca mensola in bagno

Ideale per chi vuole muoversi a piedi

Points positifs : L'appartamento si trova in una zona abbastanza centrale vicino alla rinomata rue de Rivoli... La metro si trova a breve distanza quindi molto comoda sia per spostamenti a piedi che coi mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento è un po' piccolino per quattro persone però alla fine siamo stati bene e comunque. Abbastanza curato nei dettagli.

Points négatifs : Ho sentito la mancanza del bidet che per un italiano è un accessorio fondamentale

Great place to stay near downtown Paris

Points positifs : The location is excellent! Near a lot of local restaurants and shops, in the heart of the Le Marais neighborhood. I will definitely go back to this property next time we go to Paris. Try the Schwartz's sandwich shop 2 buildings down the street. Also try the Le Colimacon Restaurant on 44 Rue Vieille du Temple. Small setting, local cuisine, local wines, amazing customer service, and the food will leave you speechless.

A great place lead to a great vacation.

Points positifs : The location was fantastic. So many great places were within walking distance.

We loved Paris and La Marais was the perfect place.

Points positifs : Great location with easy access to shops, cafes, well known sites and public transport. Accommodation comfortable and clean and all the equiptment we needed.

Points négatifs : We would have appreciated instruction manual for the washing machine and TV. The door key took a little bit of getting used to to get it to work.

Adorable neighborhood and walkable to attractions

Points positifs : Located in a fantastic neighborhood with many great cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to Notre Dame, the Louvre. Friendly, helpful staff. The apartment is cozy and clean. Check in/out was easy

Points négatifs : The air conditioner is a floor unit and was a bit loud. We also had to leave the window open for the vent in order to run it, but a small price to pay for AC in Paris in July.
