NEW Mezzanine Studio in the Heart of Paris (4F)

Points positifs : Localisation à 20 minutes à pied du Louvre pas loin de notre Dame du musée grevin. Grand Rex pas loin et on est allé à pied jusqu'à la comédie française ( place Colette) . A côté excellente boulangerie Alexine et franprix carrefour market et primeur à 5 minutes Métro 8 et 9 pas loin

Points négatifs : Pour nous tout a été très bien. Par contre nous étions au 4ème étage sans ascenseur ce qui nous n'a pas gêné.

Points positifs : Exelant location! Room was little bit small but clean and comfortable with great view! Wifi included! Great staf!

A location for a pleasant stay in Paris

Points positifs : - Excellent location - Wifi Included - Apartment fully equiped - Very friendly staff. During our stay, they were very responsive to our needs. Also, my invoice needed a bit of extra effort and the made their best to my full satisfaction.

Points négatifs : - Lack of elevator. - A bit noisy, but understandable due to the excellent location - Cleaning could be better. - Luggage storage not available

Points positifs : Location was good to be in the 'real' Paris and not in a tourist resort , still within reach of the tourist sights , although we are good walkers so we walked everywhere ( all sights were about half an hour to an hour ) can't really comment on the public transport as we didn't use it . Metro stations all over and nearby . Plenty of eating and drinking places and supermarkets too .

Points négatifs : Very busy area so quite noisy outside with traffic and shops opening up early .

Points positifs : The location was fantastic with a very nice view out of the window. The room was very nice and clean, although a bit small it was still very comfortable. The staff was also quick to reply to any concerns we had.

Points négatifs : The room didn't have a tv. The bed was very firm and had some hard springs in it although there is a top bunk with a softer mattress if you prefer that. But honestly there isn't many negative things to say about this place.

Points positifs : Studio was very close to city centre, had utilities needed for a short stay.

Points négatifs : Building was a bit old, carrying luggage to 4th floor was a bit tiring. But not a problem if physically ready.

Points positifs : A localização e as instalações eram muito boas!! Limpeza impecável!!

Points négatifs : O único aspeto menos positivo é o facto de ser num dos últimos andares do prédio e com malas de porão requer um pouco de força, mas nada que não se faça! Todos os outros fatores positivos sobrepõem-se a este pormenor.

Points positifs : Muy bien situado y agradable.Aunque el barrio puede parecer no agradable,es seguro y por la tarde,noche muy animado y tiendas locales muy cercanas. A 30min caminando de sitios turisticos.Camas muy cómodas,espacio suficiente para 2-3 personas y muy bien cuidado,lavadora y cafetera nespresso.

Points négatifs : Quizás faltaria menaje de cocina y cubiertos,asi como un mantel para la mesa.
