Séjour très agréable

Points positifs : Appartement confortable, extrêmement bien équipé et propre . Bonne situation géographique par rapport aux sites touristiques

Points négatifs : Piece principale donnant sur la rue , comme nous dormions ( les adultes) dedans les bruits de la rue sont un peu trop présent, mais ce sont les inconvénients d'un séjour à Paris 😅. La séparation pour le coin nuit fait cependant son office, les enfants ont très bien dormi.

Points positifs : Très bonne fonctionnalité de cette location, propreté et emplacement très appréciés. Très facile de se rendre dans Paris par métro, commodités proches de la location pour faire les courses également.

Points négatifs : Seul petit bémol à améliorer pour les mugs en melaminé qui donnent un goût de lessive aux boissons.

Points positifs : Appartement très bien placé tant au niveau des visites qu'au niveau des restaurants. Le métro est vraiment tout proche. Endroit idéal pour une visite en famille. Chacun a son espace.

Points positifs : Un appartement confortable et bien placé avec beaucoup de commerce et metrona proximité Le parking pas facile mais très utile

Points négatifs : La description de deux chambres est erronées Les lits ne sont pas vraiment séparés donc quand un de la tribu ronfle c'est pas top ! De plus la hauteur pour se couché est vraiment mini

Great place to stay with a lot of amenities

Points positifs : I really like this area of Paris near the triumphal arches. The apartment is stylish and cosy, easy to relax in, with a generous number of amenities. The TV is huge, there's a Google Home to play music through, and finding the raclette grill was exciting- especially when there are lots of great bakeries, butchers, and grocers in the neighbourhood. It's a 20 minute walk from Gare du Nord or to a number of great spots, and just a couple minutes from a metro station that connects to three lines. Being ground floor was also convenient considering some other places in Paris have very tall and tight staircases.

Points négatifs : The shower room could have better drainage. You have to place towels to prevent water leaking into the hallway. This is also unfortunately the only room with a mirror, so your feet might get wet as you do your makeup or brush your teeth. The main double bed is up some small steps and very close to the ceiling, so it could be difficult to get in and out of easily. The sofa also turns into a double bed, if you need a different one, but it's something to be aware of.

Points positifs : Very good location - close to the restaurants, caffes, metro. Very clean appartment, easy check in and check out.

Apartment ist nur zu empfehlen, alles bestens

Points positifs : Zentrale Lage, Metro in 5 min erreichbar, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kleine Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nähe, Küche mit allem ausgestattet, viele raffinierte Details in der Wohnung, jeder Raum wurde optimal ausgenutzt

Points positifs : LOKALIZACJA obiektu jest mocną stroną. Wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego na bogato Zmywarka. Indukcja. Mikrofalówka lodowka komplet garnków i naczyń. Wszystko jest... ale najlepiej wyjść z apartentu i zjejść w restauracjach obok apartamentu. Jest ich mnóstwo i to lokale gdzie siedzą głównie miejscowi a nie turyści. Wszędzie blisko.

Points négatifs : Trochę brudno w Apartamencie. Ciasne łazienka i toaleta. Niska antresola. NIE działała Klimatyzacja. Apartament jest zaadaptowany ze sklepu.
