Perfect for a group of students
Points positifs : The location was really really good. Lots of room for 10 people. 3 showers and 2 toilets. Spacious kitchen
Points négatifs : Wifi wasnt working and there were no teatowels in the kitchen

Great clean flat.
Points positifs : The flat was easy to find and access, there was a lift as well as stairs. The four of us had a bedroom each, plus there were 3 showers and two toilets. The flat was very clean. The instructions for access was very clear & responsive.
Points négatifs : The sofas in the lounge were sofa beds which we didn't need and weren't the most comfortable as a sofa but didn't spend much time in anyway.

A pleasant stay in a great location, ideal for visitors who value space and convenience over luxury
Points positifs : The location was excellent – only a 10-minute walk to the Louvre and the metro right outside. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. The apartment was spacious with plenty of rooms, and the check-in process was very simple and fully automated.
Points négatifs : Although the apartment was equipped with everything needed, many items felt a bit worn out, and with only two rooms having portable air conditioners, it could get uncomfortable during hot days and nights.

Points positifs : Good location, very comfortable and spacious, very clean. Finished to a high standard, just some minor wear and tear as expected for a rental. Lift was very helpful. check in went smoothly (our key was in the safe box outside the apartment with access codes provided by email). plenty of restaurants nearby and metro station a very short walk.
Points négatifs : It is quite expensive, but could not find cheaper of the same quality. I had been worried about check in as some info felt slow to come through but all was fine in the end and I needn’t have worried. A dishwasher would have been great. also access to laundry would be an improvement.

Spacious and Comfortable Apartment in a Great Location
Points positifs : We had a great stay at this apartment! There were plenty of sleeping places, and all the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a convenient and pleasant stay. There were two toilets and three showers, which was perfect for our large group of 12 people. Everything was clean and well-maintained when we arrived. We were able to comfortably assign almost everyone their own room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Wi-Fi worked without any issues, and the TVs were functioning well too. It was also really helpful to have a hairdryer and an iron available. The large dining table was great for meals and spending time together. One of the best parts was the location — the apartment is very centrally located, with most major attractions within walking distance. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our trip. Highly recommend!
Points négatifs : There were a couple of things that could be improved. The showers in the apartment were quite small, which made it a bit difficult for the men in our group to use them comfortably. It would also have been nice if there were trash bags provided in the apartment, as well as some basic items like salt and sugar. These small additions would have made the stay even more convenient.

Good location.
Points positifs : The location and the overall space was nice. We usually stay at hotels and in similar budget you get smaller rooms. The deposit was quickly returned on the same date of our departure even dough it was a Sunday. The elevator is small but very usable for two people + language.
Points négatifs : The cleanliness of the overall house would be a 8/10.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut
Points positifs : Die Lage war perfekt. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber. Sehr einfach und sehr angenehm. Wir waren Sechser Erwachsenen sechs Kinder und die Wohnung passte ganz gut. die Wohnung war super sauber. Betten waren bequem.
Points négatifs : In jedem Zimmer waren zwar Fernseher, aber von fünf Stück haben nur zwei Fernbedienungen funktioniert. Fernsehprogrammen haben nicht funktioniert. Aber das war kein Problem, da wir sowieso keine Zeit zum Fernsehen hatten.

Property was perfect for an excellent stay of 2 big families
Points positifs : Very good location. Property well mantained in well preserved building, clean, confortable for a group of 10 (2 families). We were allowed to check in 2 hours earliercas the property was ready for us.
Points négatifs : Few elements for every day cleaning (i.e. brooms, floor cloth, etc)
