Un excellent séjour
Points positifs : J’ai été vraiment agréablement surprise par ce logement. Tout est pensé pour le confort : le lit est très confortable, la douche excellente, et l’appartement est très bien équipé avec la télé, la climatisation, un lave-linge etc. Il y a aussi beaucoup de compartiments pour bien ranger ses affaires, vraiment utile. L’ascenseur est un vrai plus, surtout avec les valises ! On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. La localisation est aussi idéale, avec le métro à deux pas et plusieurs cafés et restaurants autour. Un séjour très agréable, je recommande vivement !

Emplacement idéal, accueil courtois et efficace, l'appartement proposé est à la hauteur !
Points positifs : Emplacement idéal pour moi et mes obligations professionnelles. Le quartier est calme et très accueillant. La facilité pour stationner mon véhicule était également au rendez-vous.
Points négatifs : L'ascenseur a fait un peu des siennes. L'appartement étant situé au 4ème étage, cela aurait pu m'incommoder. Cela n'a pas été le cas.

Points positifs : J'ai aimé l''appartement dans son ensemble. Propre, spacieux, bien aménagé, bien situé. Mis à part 2, 3 petits détails, mais ce sont des détails. Je conseille vivement cet appartement !!! À refaire !!!
Points négatifs : Un p'tit souci de WiFi, mais rien de grave.

Points positifs : Lovely apartment. Easy access to all main attractions. Rue Cardinet is a lovely area. Bars, restaurants and shops all close by. Muriel was very helpful and rectified any problems immediately.
Points négatifs : Air con wasn't great. But there was a large fan so no problem.

Very pleasant apartment, just a couple of issues with the bathroom.
Points positifs : Well presented apartment, with everything you need for a short stay - including a washing machine. The apartment faced away from the road, so was incredibly quiet. No internal or external noise. The apartment was very clean. The bed was comfortable, the air con was very effective, and the shower was good. Plenty of room for two or three people. Good supply of towels, shower gel/hand wash and toilet rolls included too.
Points négatifs : As others on here have commented, the host is very slow at responding to communication. Other than that, the only real problem was in the bathroom. The ceiling lights in the bathroom didn't work, so the only light in the bathroom was the mirror light. The host would have been able to detect this very easily, so should have been fixed prior to my arrival. Also in the bathroom, the shower was very slow at draining meaning water built up in the shower tray. There was a gap in the seal under the shower cubicle door, so the build up of water leaked through the gap and flooded the bathroom floor.

Mixed feelings
Points positifs : Location was great, supermarkets, backerys are available in walking distance (minutes), flat is clean, furniture nice, comfortabe.
Points négatifs : Main issue: contact(s) is/are unavailable, not respond for any call or messages ( direct or via booking.com neither). The dishwasher did not work, there was not any sponge and dishsoap in the appartmet, so had to buy. There was extra clean bedsheet,towel available and and very basic thing like toilettes paper and small soap by the sink for handwash, but for example not any shower-gel, shampoo, and as mentioned above no dishsoap, sponge.

Points positifs : Clean really nice property. Very good location. Basic amenities were provided.
Points négatifs : There was a bit of a mix-up on check in, but the issue was resolved quickly.

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt
Points positifs : Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es entsprach den Fotos. Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, Bäckerei, kleine Supermärkte, Restaurants, Apotheke ... Auch die Metrostation ist sehr nah, das war alles rundherum sehr praktisch. Die Straße ist ruhig, das Stadtviertel ist generell sehr angenehm.
Points négatifs : Es ist relativ wenig Geschirr vorhanden, da sollte man etwas aufstocken.
