Points positifs : La situation géographique, les commodités de l’appartement, le personnel si gentil, la propreté et le rapport qualité prix.

Points négatifs : Il manquait du café pour la cafetière.

Appartement tranquille à proximité du métro et commerces

Points positifs : Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’emplacement à côté du métro Lourmel, le fait que la rue ait toujours des places de stationnement et un parking pour la semaine à côté (demande du réseau pour sortir attention). L’accessibilité avec boîte à clef est pratique. Les restaurants à côté font à emporter (vietnamien, italien…). A côté d’une boulangerie, carrefour… L’appartement au rdc évite de monter les bagages. Au fond d’une cour on est tranquille. Le quartier est calme. La décoration est sympathique et les équipements bien pensés en général. La salle D’eau et la cuisine sont bien agencés pour un court séjour. Tout le nécessaire dans les placards (aspirateur, étendoir, balai, rallonge…). Et des options de service proposées par les propriétaires.

Points négatifs : Pas de fenêtre dans une des chambres éclairée par la verrière en second jour et des films sur les vitres (pour le vis à vis) enferment un peu (ok mais rentrer en soirée et dormir mais inconfortable pour rester en journée). Quelques petits verres à eau, des verres à vin, bols …seraient les bienvenues. Le canapé et le lit de la chambre de gauche ne sont pas des plus confortables. Des étagères dans le placard coulissant seraient pratiques à ajouter pour vider les valises.

Points positifs : The neighborhood is lovely and upscale offering a safe and pleasant atmosphere. The location is very central just a five minute walk to metro making it easy to get around. Depending on your walking pace Eiffel Tower is about a 25-30 minutes walk away. The area is also very convenient with supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, and restaurants all nearby.

Points négatifs : The only downside was that one of the beds had a sunken left side, which made it a bit uncomfortable for my friend who slept on that side, other than that everything was great.

Points positifs : Comfortable 2 x double bedroom appt. V quiet location. We were going to Retromobile which was only 10 min walk Some very good restaurants within 5 min walk. Comms with owners was excellent. Very quick response time

Points négatifs : Apartment was situated in back of the building and was obviously a conversion. This was not an issue in the slightest, but 1 bedroom had no window. A slight niggle rather than a negative

Cozy apartment in the heart of Paris

Points positifs : Very spacious 2 bed apartment in a very safe location. Also very quiet which is very difficult to find in Paris. We traveled with a small baby and the fully functional kitchen was very handy. The metro station is very short walk and if you want to walk to the touristic attraction it won’t take you longer than 30 minutes. Also, the property is very warm since we visited mid December and outside were only few degrees.

Points positifs : What I most liked about the property is everything was near the apartment, such as cafe, restaurant, metro and supermarket. The host was super nice and responsive.

Points négatifs : We had to wait 40 min for check in otherwise it was okay.
