Nice location

Points positifs : Nice location for wandering around the city. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. Really good response from the owner.

Points négatifs : Some facilities in the bathroom get older.

Points positifs : Great location. Nice rooms. Spacious bed. Perfect for 3–4 people. Radiators for heating. TV with Netflix. Very comfortable.

Points négatifs : Be careful in the shower - the doors don’t close tightly, so water can leak onto the floor. There was also a bit of mold in the shower, which wasn’t very pleasant.

Points positifs : Great place to stay! The apartment is in a fantastic location – a peaceful and charming neighborhood full of lovely cafés and interesting boutiques with fashion and jewelry. Several metro lines are just a short walk away, making it very convenient to get around the city. The apartment itself is very comfortable, especially with two separate rooms, which provide privacy and convenience. Everything is well-equipped – we had everything we needed during our stay. Communication with the host was seamless – everything was contactless, but we received plenty of useful tips and recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this place, especially for its excellent location and quiet atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again!

Fine location for a short stay in Paris

Points positifs : Great location in proximity to many bars, restaurants and public transport. This is a great spot for exploring Paris. Comfortable beds. Reasonably priced.

Points négatifs : The place could do with some attention to basics (e.g. there was only one wine glass). Some tear and wear.

Best location and a very helpful host.

Points positifs : The location of this apartment is one of the best. This place is surrounded by endless number of restaurants and shops, right next to the market. At the same time it’s quite quiet and you can walk anywhere from it. For coffee lovers might be important to know that a few coffee shops are within 5 minutes walk from this place.

Points négatifs : The apartment a bit weary. But nothing crucial.

Points positifs : It’s located in Le Marais which is a very active area also close to metro stations, the apartment was very tidy and clean, well equipped. the host was very responsive and kind! highly recommended

Points négatifs : The only tiny shortage is there’s no elevator, which happens in most of the old buildings in Paris.

It was a welcome haven after many weeks on the road. Would definetly recommend to friends.
