Points positifs : Bonjour On a passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement propreté,tout ce qu’il faut pour pouvoir préparer à manger surtout l’espace et la proximité des métro
Points négatifs : Le seul bémol faudra refaire le matelas 2 places inconfortable cabossé

Super expérience !
Points positifs : Absolument tout ! L'appartement est très bien situé. Il est d'une propreté impeccable, très spacieux pour 4 personnes et cosy, la déco est très agréable. L'appartement et très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine et la salle de bain, un coin bureau, une télé, un projecteur dans la chambre... Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Points positifs : Super bien placé, à 10-25 minutes de marche des points d’intérêt! Un appartement très bien optimisé, propre et moderne! Mon coup de coeur, c’était la douche!

Points positifs : Excellent séjour ! L'appartement est vaste pour 4,bien situé, proche du métro et des grands boulevards, dans une rue calme. Très bon accueil, bien guidé pour la 1ere arrivée. Vraiment très agréable !!!
Points négatifs : Il manquerait une théière pour le petit déjeuner. Et des rideaux vraiment occultants, car le vis à vis de bureaux laisse souvent les éclairages néon ouverts la nuit. C'est désagréable pour dormir, pour certains.

Really beautiful, renovated and big. Uncomfortable beds.
Points positifs : Very beautiful place, decoration is amazing, everything looks brand new. Lots of space to socialize and eat. Even with the sofa bed open, there was enough space in the living room. Toilet is in a separate room from the bathroom sink and water, so 2 people can use them at the same time. Small convenience store downstairs, very practical for minor groceries. Everything is easily reachable through the metro station nearby. Many restaurants in the area -- strongly recommend Dubillot!
Points négatifs : Bedroom bed is very uncomfortable, both sides of the mattress are sagging. One side of the sofa bed is alright, the other feels too thin. Walls are thin and you can hear neighbors walking and flushing and alarms.

Points positifs : The location is really good and it is quite comfortable and spacious. I liked the fact that there was a separate bed in the living room so no need to sleep on the sofa. For those who want to cook, there are a bunch of utensils in the kitchen.
Points négatifs : It could be a bit cleaner although we cannot say that it is filthy.

Nice apartment, great location, would book again
Points positifs : I’d say it’s an almost perfect location. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and metro stations nearby. It’s very easy to get around. You can get directly to the Les Halles (which is also a shopping center) from the airport, and then take a short walk along Rue Montorgueil, which is pedestrian-only and full of bars, cafés, and little shops. The apartment is located on a quiet little street.
Points négatifs : It didn’t bother us, as we were very tired in the evenings from walking around the city, but it’s worth mentioning that if you’re a light sleeper, you should bring your earplugs. You can clearly hear when the neighbor is vacuuming, plugging something in, or flushing the toilet. Sounds from the staircase are also very audible.
