Points positifs : Confort literie Cuisine bien équipée 2 salles de bain, pratique quand on est en groupe Responsable à l'écoute, arrangeant et trouvant tjrs des solutions en cas de problème Appartement à proximité de tous centre d'intérêt et aussi de la gare Montparnasse ce qui facilite les déplacements vers les différents Métros

Points négatifs : Problème Plaque induction, odeur de cramé au fonctionnement

Un séjour parfait dans un appartement moderne, très bien èquipé et sutout idéalement situé, au pied de la tour montparna

Points positifs : Un excellent accueil, une organisation parfaite. Une très bonne communication à toute heure. Merci!

Points positifs : A proximité du métro, des restaus. Deux salles de bain. Appréciables quand on est 4. Négatif : nous avons attendu 45 mn le premier jour. Pas de clé dans le hall intermédiaire pour ouvrir la deuxième porte palière, afin d' atteindre les escaliers . Nous avons dû sonner chez tous les habitants de l'immeuble pour, enfin ,avoir quelqu un qui nous ouvre. Ceci n'est pas correct !!! Une personne devrait nous accueillir et nous ouvrir, le premier jour !

Points positifs : Appartement bien situé proche gare Montparnasse. Bien équipé,confortable et insonorisé. Très bon acceuil de la personne chargée de notre réception.

Points positifs : The best we like about the apartment is the location that only 5 minute walk to Gare Montparnasse

Points négatifs : It says the apartment can be occupied to max 4 people, but it is actually too small for 4 people. As 2 people sleep in the bed, and 2 others sleep in the sofa bed, plus 2 big luggages. It could be tricky to walk around even cook and sit down at the dining table that is right infront of the bedroom door.

Great stay in the heart of Montparnasse

Points positifs : It is very well located, just around the corner of rue de la Gaité (heart of Montparnasse), very well communicated with a Metro Station 10 meters a way, a train station (Gare Montparnasse) a 100 meters away, bus stops, and full of services (bakeries, super markets, cafés, restaurants, etc). And despote that, is not noise. Also the apartment is very confortable with good size for thé 3 of us and it has 2 bathrooms with douche!. Salomon our host was very friendly and supportive.

Points négatifs : We had a minor incident with a bathroom door that I locked accidentally and there was no way to open it as there was no key to unlock it, so our host had to call a locksmith, which it costed 70 euros and I had to pay for that. I was told this had never happened before to any other guest, but I think that if there had been another door lock type or a spare key this wouldn’t have happened. A fair deal would have been me payi g 50% and my host thé other 50%. I’m not sure if Booking.com has a way to solve easily situations like this

Great location, comfortable stay Comfortable beds. Easy to get keys, etc. Good amenities.

Points positifs : Very comfortable, great location, two bathrooms, washing machine. Near grocery stores.

Points négatifs : por las fotos pense que tenia dos habitaciones, pero es una habitación y un sofa cama. el que tuviera dos baños fue excelente
