JOIVY Premium flats in the heart of the 9th arr

Points positifs : Un séjour parfait. L'appartement est idéalement situé : à proximité du métro et de Montmartre. Lits confortables, buanderie, cuisine bien équipée et calme absolu ! Nous avons eu un petit souci à l'entrée : il a fallu télécharger une application pour déverrouiller la porte. Le service client a résolu le problème, mais après quelques heures…

Good place

Points positifs : This was my fourth time here, and I hope to return. The apartment is excellent. The building is also safe, has an elevator, gym, and laundry. I requested an extra seat at the living room table and extra pillows, and I was attended to quickly. I recommend the apartments, and I hope to return next time. There are several apartment options, and each one has specific characteristics, and all are very good.

Points négatifs : At check-in, I couldn't enter because they didn't send me the app to open the door. I had a friend on the same street and I had to sleep there because the company didn't answer me, and we only resolved this problem the next day. The insurance I paid was added to my credit card bill. I had to pay it and I also paid IOF (Brazilian tax on financial transactions) because my credit card is from Brazil. After a few attempts, only the insurance amount was reimbursed. The sofa bed needs improvement; it's uncomfortable to sleep on for 30 nights.

Points positifs : There’s so many good things about this apartment: the location, the facilities (you have a little kitchen and a bathroom just for yourself), the washing machines and big kitchen downstairs(where you have a coffee machine and can make yourself coffee for free! It’s from real coffee so it’s really good), I loved it! The personnel is very nice and kind, they responded to every question and one time they sent a handy man very quickly when we asked for one! It’s also very easy to check in and to open all doors with codes. The room we had had a balcony and it was so beautiful and had a clasic Haussmanian Parisian vibe! There are so many shops, super-markets, bars and restaurants around. This street in Pigalle is very safe and we’ve had no safety issues whatsoever.

Points négatifs : Basically I liked everything and that’s why I’m giving it a good grade, but I would’ve preferred not to have a rug in my room as I find it very very hard to clean and to maintain in the long run. Also I suggest to the property to unclog the sink and shower with unclogging solutions more often, as the building is old and this has to be done. And maybe I would suggest to provide some cleaning products for the tourists, to clean their bathroom during the stay, if possible.

Points positifs : Clean & comfortable, everything u need all complete and its A Modern apartment.. the location also easy access highly recommended 👌🏻

Would come back any time! Price-performance ratio gets a 10/10.

Points positifs : The location is superb. The 9th is a fabulous area, not only beautiful but packed with great restaurants, bars and bistrots, grocery stores etc.. Although generally calm and quiet area it is located very closely to the nightlife of Paris as well. Within a 45 minute walk to most places a tourist would want to see. (Keep in mind I am a big walker though) Metro is very close by as well.

Points négatifs : Badly isolated (which apparently is the norm in Paris). Earplugs def solved this issue though. This is a next level complaint, I know but omg what would I do for fitted sheets.

Cozy and comfortable at a great location

Points positifs : Great location, very comfortable, nice, organized and clean. Staff are very professional and responsive.

Points négatifs : Pillows could be better and they could offer an extra set of bed sheets for longer stays.

Points positifs : The property was new and clean. You can find everything whatever you need there. Also the building has a nice communal areas like living room, kitchen, garden, laundry room and gym.

I love the property but wish they could have fixed the elevator during two minth stay.

Points positifs : O apartamento é confortável, tem tudo pra uma estadia de longa duração. O prédio é seguro, com elevador, academia e lavanderia. Localização perfeita na linha 2 e 12 do metrô em uma distância de 150m A comunicação com a empresa é fácil

Points négatifs : Não tenho nenhuma reclamação. Terceira vez que estou me hospedando e não mudarei minha opção sempre que for em Paris.

Points positifs : Loved the apartment and the common spaces for working and relaxing. Communication was great and I had everything I needed. Will definitely stay again.
