Appartement bien situé

Points positifs : Très bel appartement, bien placé juste à côté du métro et de petites boutiques.

Points négatifs : Porte un peu compliqué à ouvrir et fermer

Points positifs : Emplacement pratique. Ligne de métro au pied de l’immeuble.

Points négatifs : Peut-être un peu plus de vaisselle pour le petit déjeuner.

Spacious and clean apartment near the metro

Points positifs : The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well-prepared. Towels were provided, the beds were very comfortable, and the metro station was right next to the building, which was extremely convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Points négatifs : We weren't able to connect to the Wi-Fi properly - we could connect to the network, but there was no internet access. Also, this is not really a complaint but a small suggestion: the instructions for entering the building could include clearer details about the second building door and the elevator. Luckily, the neighbours were very kind and helped us figure it out.

Well-Equipped Apartment with Easy Metro Access

Points positifs : The apartment was well-equipped with many facilities: a fully stocked kitchen (oven, stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc.), hair dryer, WiFi, washing machine, TV, fridge, and freezer. Although the apartment is not located near major tourist attractions, there's a Metro station right outside the building, and several boulangeries, shops, and cafés nearby. The beds were made with clean bed sheets, and towels were provided. The toilet and shower were also clean and well-maintained.

Points négatifs : We stayed during very hot days. While there were two tower fans, they were not sufficient to keep the apartment cool.

Points positifs : L'appartamento molto accogliente con un arredamento moderno dall'ottimo gusto. Casa pulita e molto calda. Posizione strategica con fermata della metropoliana sotto casa. Proprietaro sempre gentile e molto disponibile alle nostre esigenze, assolutamente consigliato.

Ottima posizione!

Points positifs : Casa completa di quasi tutto il necessario, cucina funzionale. Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla fermata Metro. Nelle vicinanze c'è qualsiasi cosa di cui tu abbia bisogno. Parigi stupenda!

Points négatifs : Indicazioni per l'ingresso parzialmente complete, wifi c'è ma senza internet(quindi inesistente) e tv non funzionante anche se non fondamentale. Sulla pulizia si può fare molto meglio. Cuscini approssimativi e in cucina mancano cucchiaini.

Points positifs : El apartamento era increíble. Limpio espacioso con juguetes para niños etc. perfecto si tienes niños Súper recomendado

Points négatifs : Podría mejorar la comunicación un poco. Ya que las indicaciones no fueron muy claras y se demoró mucho el responder al inicio

Points positifs : Los paisajes Parisinos desde la ventana se alcanza a ver la torre Eifel, la arquitectura muy bonita, el diseño del piso muy atractivo. Espectacular.

Buen precio y comunicación

Points positifs : Era muy amplio y estaba cerca de una estación de metro por lo tanto era muy fácil moverse.

Points négatifs : Faltaban algunas cosas básicas como servilletas o sal y además la única toalla que había en el baño estaba completamente empapada

Points positifs : Struttura ben tenuta e molto funzionale..ho avuto qualche difficoltà con le indicazioni di accesso ricevute su whatsapp...dovevano essere più chiare..in ogni caso dal telefono hanno saputo trovare la soluzione. Punto strategico..consigliata
